I had Brazilian waxes done before, and this felt like my skin was being ripped off instead of the hair. I also asked her to leave a little patch of hair, which she removed! I'm paying my money, but you don't listen and do what I asked you to do? How does that work? So now I am completely bare, that's fine. I'll get over that part because it'll grow back. But on top of it, she left wax on my skin , and that is so very unacceptable! She didn't have enough sense to realize that my hair was long and that she should've cut it before waxing. Instead she kept dousing the area with baby powder (cancer alert), putting on more wax, tugging away at my skin, and making a mess! I paid $65 for that BS! Now I won't go there for ANY service!

Stylist was pretty rough, her hair was never washed prior to her haircut which is usually expected. I had washed it myself but thought it was part of the experience? Hair stylist also kept insinuating I don't condition/moisturize my daughter's hair even after I said of course I do. Not sure why she would question that when I literally explained the reasoning for the haircut was bc of her hair texture & length causing extra tangles. Yet, no detangler or conditioner was applied by the stylist herself, she was just rough brushing my daughter's hair. Stylist also seemed upset because owner booked us last minute? Heard the whole convo of her complaining as I awkwardly waited there for her to close her books, was sitting on her phone for a few minutes, and have us wait past our appt time to sit my daughter in her chair. Overall odd experience & felt terrible seeing my daughter's hair being brushed so roughly, especially when she told me after that it was hurting her & now tells me no to future trims ._. I'm not one to speak up but regretted not doing so. I appreciate the owner squeezing us in when another place "didn't realize they booked me". Not sure why stylist seemed so upset over having a customer & a child at that. This was a couple months ago so I don't remember the exact stylists name.
