I had Brazilian waxes done before, and this felt like my skin was being ripped off instead of the hair. I also asked her to leave a little patch of hair, which she removed! I'm paying my money, but you don't listen and do what I asked you to do? How does that work? So now I am completely bare, that's fine. I'll get over that part because it'll grow back. But on top of it, she left wax on my skin , and that is so very unacceptable! She didn't have enough sense to realize that my hair was long and that she should've cut it before waxing. Instead she kept dousing the area with baby powder (cancer alert), putting on more wax, tugging away at my skin, and making a mess! I paid $65 for that BS! Now I won't go there for ANY service!

I'm honestly so glad I did! Even though it was my first time with her, she completely exceeded my expectations. She really understands how to cut and style your hair based on your face shape - it honestly feels like there's a science behind it. She nailed exactly the look I was going for and I left feeling confident. The entire staff is always friendly, welcoming, the shop is consistently clean and well-kept, which I really appreciate.
