I had Brazilian waxes done before, and this felt like my skin was being ripped off instead of the hair. I also asked her to leave a little patch of hair, which she removed! I'm paying my money, but you don't listen and do what I asked you to do? How does that work? So now I am completely bare, that's fine. I'll get over that part because it'll grow back. But on top of it, she left wax on my skin , and that is so very unacceptable! She didn't have enough sense to realize that my hair was long and that she should've cut it before waxing. Instead she kept dousing the area with baby powder (cancer alert), putting on more wax, tugging away at my skin, and making a mess! I paid $65 for that BS! Now I won't go there for ANY service!

Something I've never personally seen in a hairdresser. Usually with my hair it takes anywhere from 6 hours to foil, tone, wash and style, yet she did it in as little as four and a half hours. I love that I can plan my day around my hair. Before I had to spend my whole day getting my hair done, but now I only need to book myself out for half the day.
