I called to schedule appointments for haircut, manicure and pedicure; I was attended by a lady named Dee; she was genuinely polite and friendly but told me that everything was booked according to her system, but she offered to ask and see if anyone could perhaps fit me into their schedule and to call me back aspa. She call with the next 30 minutes and to my surprise she did arrange all of my services back to back =) My hair was nicely done by Victoria and on time to catch my nails appointment with Sarah who was very friendly as well, she did listen to all my requests (and complaints about past experiences) and had no problem fulfilling every single one. I'm so glad I found Rashel. She is very responsive, kind, and professional in all her communication. Her salon is located inside Phenix Salon Suites, and parking is easy and convenient. I came in with overprocessed, damaged hair, and Rashel truly rescued it. I requested a single-process mocha brown, and the result was beautiful--rich, even, and exactly what I wanted. She also did a Brazilian blowout, which I've been getting for years, and I could tell right away that she really knows her craft. She was careful, meticulous, and did not take any shortcuts.
