I love Pam sooo much! I have been going to her for a long time. She does a thorough cleaning and always gives me suggestions on ways to improve my dental health. My appointments are always on time and I always leave happy with my service. The receptionist knows me by name which is a nice touch! Dr Forrest is wonderful as well. The office was redone recently. The chairs have light back massagers in them and there is a tv to watch while you get your cleaning. I have never had an Insurance issue and have switched insurance companies a couple of times. As the photo of that document shows, my deductible was fully applied to my cleanings, my remaining balance for the gum care was a flat $100.00, and my upcoming fillings were listed as a $0.00 patient responsibility. I paid my deductible upfront and paid the remaining $100.00 balance exactly as the document required. Months later, after my insurance had already processed the claims and paid them, they completely changed their story. They sent me a surprise bill demanding nearly $680.00, completely refusing to honor the pricing agreement their own staff printed and handed to me in December, claiming these prices were a courtesy estimate. They are trying to hold me responsible for this new, unexpected balance for both the cleanings and the fillings. Since I formally disputed these unfair charges in writing using their own December printout, the office locked me out of the billing portal so I couldn't access those records. Because they refuse to honor their written pricing, I have filed formal complaints with the North Carolina State Board of Dental Examiners, the NC Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division, and my insurance company. Please protect your wallet and double-check your statements if you go here.

Throughout the appt booking process, I'm positive I talked to the front desk at this location (not just call center), and that's how this appt was rescheduled. But after I arrived at the location for the 9AM appt, the assistant didn't take me in until 9:20, and when I told them my x-ray was already taken at another clinic 6 months ago, their "patient care coordinator" Tiana Fully told me their DMO plan is at capacity and they won't be able to take me. She couldn't show me the evidence that they're "at capacity" and she didn't call the insurance company to confirm that before she told me they're "at capacity". I think she simply wielded her "power" and denied insurance when this is something that they should have told me before I booked the appt. This appt was booked since last week. See attached email screenshot as one of the email confirmations of the appt sent to me around 4/23. The front desk ladies and doctor Martin who left a voicemail on my phone asking me to come in early today all seemed nice. Tiana Fully is to blame for this whole process, the disconnect and the chaotic system this location has. I'll also file BBB complaint against this location.
