Our driver, John, was revealing identities and residence locations of other clients within the company as though it were casual conversation on the drive. We were uncomfortable hearing private information including locations of other clients and tried to redirect the conversation. John repeatedly cut us off while talking, multiple times, to continue discussing details about other clients of the company. He also told us we caught him on a good day and that was why he was carrying our luggage out of the vehicle and off the curb. John was casually disrespectful by interrupting our private conversation as well only to discuss what was interesting to him, and even when we responded, he ignored us and continued talking in a manner than seemed only to amuse himself. A quiet and professional drive is what we had hoped for. John's insistence about revealing other clients' identities among other details, along with being very casual to interrupt our private discussions with random thoughts that would come into his head made us feel differently about In Style. We asked for a supervisor to call us to discuss our ride, but we were never contacted. Steven our driver back from the airport, on the other hand, was very professional and courteous.

After realizing my error in not asking the right questions, my wife found Angel Limousines. 4 days before my daughters bday party, they were able to get us booked with an amazing, clean, safe party experience for my daughter and her friends. They responded almost immediately to my request and I was able to pay the reservation fee within about 1in. The driver reached out 2hrs before the event and texted again just prior to arrival. Thanks to all positive reviews on this business, I decided to go with Chauffeur Limousine Service, as my go-to for this particular assignment. They have a massive selection of amazing vehicles to choose from, and I ended up using their black Rolls Royce Ghost for this long round-trip ride for a Sunday late day into evening. My assigned driver, Colleen, arrived on time, and was very pleasant to take on a challenge of the day. She's an easygoing driver with lots of gusto! I was driven safely to my destination, and I arrived on time to the funeral service. The vehicle was clean, smooth, comfortable, and well maintained. After the long service concluded, Colleen drove me to the next stop to the family home located in Beverly Hills. Because of road closures in that area, due to the Golden Globes event, Colleen easily went around the clustered area, and I arrived safely to the home. I paid my respects for 2 hours, which during that period, I told Colleen to take her break. By the time I was done, I texted Colleen, and she appeared to pick me up in less than 10 minutes, and whisked me off to go home. The ride home was very nice, and I enjoyed my experience. Overall, during this difficult time in my life, I really liked that I didn't have to drive, during a day that was a long distance, and where I can mainly focus on the celebration of life of a dear close family friend.
