Omar is a great option for prompt driver service during a time where uber and lyft are extremely unreliable. We have had multiple scheduled rides from Uber and Lyft for dinner that have caused us to miss our reservations. While we primarily ride with Omar for airport trips (because being late is not an option) we have started booking him for group nights out. We had used Omar's services during the pandemic for grocery delivery. We had a family reunion set for back east and we immediately thought of Omar. We initiated the booking through e-mail providing the details and we received a timely response letting us know the slots were available. The day before we received a introduction/reminder text from our driver. On the day we received a morning text with an ETA from our driver. The vehicle was clean, comfortable and roomy and our driver was polite and very hospitable. We were able to relax on our way to LAX in comfort. For our return, we received similar texts and were advised that Omar himself would be our driver. We texted back and forth keeping each other informed as we waited for our luggage which made for a seamless pick-up. The SUV looked newer, was spotless and roomy with water provided. He even offered me a coffee candy (useful since I was heading to work after drop-off). Under the recommendation of my community Facebook group, I booked Omar Sand to drive my mother to LAX the other evening. My parents travel here often and in an effort to save money, they have rented a car from LAX to our home for an evening or last resort, they get an Uber. We also will go pick them up but they worry about us loading the kids up to drive to LAX. Never again. I cannot believe I thought any of those options was worth the perceived savings. Omar was simply wonderful!! Not only was he on time and reliable, but he was beyond friendly, courteous, respectful, he was professionally dressed and the car was beautiful! AND his price was totally reasonable. If you ever need transportation I hope you consider booking him.
