I came to the reviews of Big Waves laundromat. The reviews were good so I decided to go with big waves laundromat, and I'm glad I did. What I like is the options of the capacity that you need to wash your clothes. You have small, medium and large front loading washers. They also have top loading washers. They have signs on top of the washers to show you the prices of the different capacities. The dryers are all one size they can handle a lot of clothes or bedding. Also there are extra large capacity dryers. So big a bed could fit lol . The price is for the dryer are .25¢ each 10 minutes. Trust me a dollar can completely dry a load of laundry. The dryers work very well. They have a restroom for the customers. They have ATM machine. They have a change machine if you prefer to use quarters. I use the app you can add funds set your washer or dryer and get a text message that your washer or dryer is complete. They have some paintings on the wall that are for sale. They are very pretty. Another thing I like is it is very clean. All throughout the day someone is always cleaning. Someone is always available if you have an issue with a machine. They have a parking lot, although it fills up fast but there are a few street parking places. They do have a fluff and fold Service. They also have baskets that you can bring to your car and fill up with your laundry, making it easier to bring into the wash house. They have vending machines that have some laundry soaps. Also drinks and snacks although I didn't see any prices so I would be careful about choosing something without a price. Maybe someone working could tell you how much each item is. They are located off of Venice Boulevard at Grandview. This is my go to wash house and I'm so glad I chose them.

He told me he didn't care and claimed I couldn't prove anything, which was both dismissive and unprofessional. On top of that, the parking lot is a nightmare -- cramped, poorly laid out, and often full, making it stressful just to get in and out. Between the poor customer service, lack of cleanliness, unsafe feeling for belongings, and awful parking situation, I would never recommend this laundromat to anyone until major improvements are made. Update: The owner's response to my review contains false statements. At no point did I raise my voice at the attendant or any customers. I simply asked her to explain the laundromat's policies and then requested to speak with a manager. The claim that another customer needed the machine for bedding is untrue. I have video proof showing there were over ten dryers available at the time, including for her socks and sheets not a comforter or large bedding that would require a large dryer. . There are also no posted signs stating that laundry will be moved after 10 minutes, and this laundromat offers no seating to wait for clothes to dry. What makes this worse is that the owner's tone and dismissive attitude toward a paying customer -- the very people who keep his business running -- brought me to tears today. It's clear he will not take responsibility for how customer belongings are handled or for the lack of clear policies. The facts remain: my CLEAN laundry was removed and placed into a DIRTY basket unnecessarily, despite multiple empty machines being available. UPDATE Fascinating. Instead of addressing your unprofessional policies or the dismissive tone you used with me, you've decided to invent some imaginary scene where I was "aggressive" and "having a bad day." That's cute. Unfortunately for your story, I have video proof showing there were over 10 dryers available, no one waiting, and zero aggression on my part. It's painfully obvious you don't value your customers -- we're just $20 here and there to you. This isn't customer service; it's a low-effort hustle to squeeze a few extra bucks from people who may not have the time or resources to fight back. The fact that you're doubling down on lies instead of showing even the slightest professionalism says everything I need to know about you and how you run your business. You scan the QR code on the machine where it will also show you the machine number and load with your phone. If you must step out you can track the time on the machines. Dryers are .25 cents and the washers range $4 to $9. There's a machine where you can buy detergent and softener from using coins and cash only and the products there range from $1 to $5. The location provides free WiFi if you've work to do and about two tables where you can sit on w/your laptop and work. If you prefer the old school way there is an ATM inside and machines that give coins. The only downside to this location is the parking availability. The lot is small and shared with a wing stop and a 7Eleven. You can park on the street on non street cleaning days. Other than the parking situation, this is definitely a nice place to come wash.
