I live pretty close to this laundromat so I have used it MANY times and have spent hundreds of dollars there. I don't always like the smell of the washing machines and but beggers cannot be choosers. Today, as I was preparing to go out the door I noticed a worker who had been eyeing me over and over now staring me down as I went out the door. I had just spent a good amount of money in there as I am washing a lot of clothes to prepare for a move. It's not like I went in there and tried to sneak free dries. I was in there for hours and spent MONEY. I was waiting by the road for my uber and the woman came out and stood right by me practically shoulder to shoulder -- and did not say anything. I was on the phone with my mother and even made a comment that someone had followed me out and did not speak to me. And she remained wordless. I then showed her my phone to show I had a ride coming and she looked at my phone and remained there. Then a gentleman pulled up and told me I had to move closer to the building -- so I did. I was standing in a PARKING SPOT when they told me "NO IN THE DOORWAY!" I go to stand there -- and realize how disgusted I felt. So I stepped away from my bags and went over to the gentleman's vehicle to ask him if he was the owner so I could explain what happened. He basically flashed me away with his hand and spoke over me. And then as I was waiting for the ride (it was 10:15 at night so it took awhile to connect with a driver who was 8 mins away) the owner was walking in circles staring at me over and over and over again. The wildest part was when the driver arrived and was helping me load the car he commented "D***, are they checking on you?" He had been there for 15 seconds and witnessed those people eyeing me without even knowing what was going on. To the point that he made a comment! The owner was waiting for the cart as I left and I rolled it back into his hands. And stupidly I tried to explain myself again. I am so happy I am moving so I never have to go back to that place again. They are very clearly racist. And I'm not schocked at all that other people in the comments have had negative experiences. I wish I had been spending my hard earned money elsewhere. Why would I have been spending money there all this time just to turn around a steal a CART? If I show you that the ride is coming why not just believe me? It's clear why not! I would not recommend this place at all. Find a place that knows how to deep clean the smaller internal pieces so there is not machine funk. read more

I hate coming here, but sometimes I have to. I say this because every time I visit this place there is always a problem with the way the racist acts by the Hispanic Lady working here. I mean every time I come she is either denying someone who just spent a lot of money washing the right to use the bathroom, but this time she turned off the dryer on a black lady. The lady came inside to wash a load. But she put some wet clothes in the dryer, so the worker told her it's $5, and turned off the dryer, despite the fact that it's free dry, and the lady still spend money washing her clothes. I felt bad that the lady would have to have wet clothes so I asked the worker could I pay for her, she said no. I said I want to help her so she can dry her clothes. The worker refused and said "she is crazy and talks to much" I practically begged her to let me pay and the Hispanic lady seemed to purposely do this to the lady. This is a customer, no matter what. I am so disheartened by the way racism is alive in the hood as if we haven't made any progress on this world. I love all races, and I adore the Latino culture, but they way they act towards black people now tells me that I shouldn't get comfortable because soon they will be bias against me or my children because they are prejudice against our race and we will not be exempt from the same bias treatment. Denker Laundry is the spot! I went there today to do a bunch of laundry and there was a raffle and pizza party going on! What?! The staff was readily available. One of the partners, Warren, gave me a really warm welcome and even gave me 2 free waterproof bags that he help me fill since it was raining outside. Thoroughly impressed with the service. This my first time coming to this laundromat, I had like 10 loads of clothes to wash (yes, I'm lazy, lol) I was trying to find a good laundromat to wash that was 24 hours since I'm always working. Now, a friend told me about Denker Laundry and the location is kind of scary lmao, I'm South Central, but honestly it's amazing. The staff member Teresa was amazing, funny, very helpful and so nice and answered all my questions and even told me how to make washing my clothes cheaper and faster. Really appreciate her a lot. They have so much folding space, like wow? That's amazing. Never been to one of these that had this much room for folding and moving around. It's really clean, and fresh and all I can say is that it's really the cleanest laundromat I have ever been to. It's free to use the dryer as well. They even have a coffee maker inside and it's $1.00, and it's strong and fresh and amazing. They sale soap, bleach, softer and other things that really are amazing and cheap and name brand. The best part is 24/7 and it's amazing. I really appreciate this owner for opening this place and giving people an amazing place to feel safe and feel comfortable and happy. Thank you to the owner and the staff Teresa she was awesome and amazing and because of her I will make sure I'm always coming here to wash my clothes here and I'll definitely recommend this place to all my friends and colleagues. came to do a load of laundry and when my load was out of the washing machine it literally had the most foul smell ever. like it was washed in sh*t water if I'm being honest. I asked the employee if there was something she can do and she said she can't give me coins to rewash it. I didn't even want to rewash it here because it would've came out smelling the same??? It would've been nice if I didn't spend $6 to have my clothes smell like sewer water. or if she would've been nice and given me my money back. read more

The cleanest laundry by far I have ever been to. The selection of soap they sell and snacks as well as capuchino machine is beyond amazing. Did I mention it offers FREE DRY to washing customers !!! I mean that is amazing! The store it self is so clean and periodically being cleaned which I love. The machines are spotless which is rare at a laundry matt. The prices are honestly amazing they have from 20lb machine to 80 lb machines for great prices and space is perfect all around for any load you need to wash. Clean with lots of folding space. The messenger chairs are worth going. 5 min for $1 The washers work very well. The dryers are free. Dont know how long that will last. read more
