    Keishon was an amazing help in finding us our perfect Jeep. He was patient and not pushy at all, and over the course of 3 weeks he kept us updated on the jeeps coming onto the lot and what matched our criteria. I highly recommend working with him if you have the opportunity.

    I wish I could give less than zero stars. I purchased a used 2021 Ram from Dennis Dillon Ram. The night I purchased the truck I asked that the truck be detailed, fueled up, and the def tank be filled and was assured that they would get it done while I was signing papers. After signing the papers and exited the building I got in my new truck to see that it was filthy, the fuel gauge was still on empty as well as the def tank. I tried to get back into the building but they had locked the doors and shut down for the night. My first stop in my new truck would be the fuel station to buy def fluid and diesel. On my drive home I passed a semi on the highway and a code came up on the dash that my air filter needed service. The next day after work I got to work on my new truck. I pulled the air filter and it was caked in mud and had mushrooms growing out of it. (so much for their 120 point inspection). I called and was told that they would "Make it right". I drove the hour and a half back to the dealership after replacing the filter to have them do the inspection again and explained my frustration. little did i know that this was the first of nine trips to the famed Dennis Dillon service department. Nothing was ever fixed. So I offered to purchase a brand new truck and turn this lemon back over to them. I was told that the trade in value of the truck wasn't worth what I had just paid for it and that they couldn't do the deal. I could go on but the short story is Save yourself the headache and don't shop at Dennis Dillon.

    These scumbags!! So a year ago I was trying to establish credit again and I thought getting a good car loan would be perfect. I got hustled by a salesman that wasn't even supposed to be driving without a breathalyzer at DDD! This guy lied to me about bumper to bumper 36000 mile warranty,blah blah blah then after knowing him for 20 min he asked me to leave a review on him on his "fresh start thing" oh and how I came into the con was I got a YouTube video with him telling me about the fresh start program! Oh it felt personal and good to me ,like he cared. Well 27% interest and know warranty later I find myself so screwed due to these straight up thugs,just playing their game they get away with in a Christian area ruled by law...ever fking person except for the warranty guy where cons, from rider con college. I hate they used my trust by telling me how thankful for my service in Iraq and military stuff . These dirt bags are going to make u feel like what I'm telling u now. This place needs to be brought down due to the con of it all.... Damn they are good at fresh starting you to total debt for 6 years ..do not finance with their "made in the USA banks along with Dodge" I hate I'm 100% disabled veteran and they did me far worse than ISIS ever did !! I hope you read this and find a way to just buy your vehicle, because you'll end up bitter knowing what they did to you and it's on all levels ... They know you can't do nothing...from the service advisors that are trained to lie lie lie unless you matter to them,,,,do you matter to them?? Dang you must be in charge of the con. I hate that they got me at fking 27% because they did. Now that a year later I got my credit score up I went to another doge dealer but in Oklahoma "Davis Stanley doge" they hated I was stuck with their bank because of the 27%!!! And even though my credit score was 130 points higher they said I was fked and in Oklahoma law says dealers can't charge more than 21%,,,oh I mean their banks!!!!! They were so good at their scheme in Boise it's sick!!! To many fkers going on riders to learn more skill on scumbaggery. Anyway hope this helped

    This was my second attempt to get my transmission fixed on my Jeep Cherokee at Dennis Dillon Jeep. John Leroy Brown Jr. was my service writer. Talk about a guy who is in the wrong business. John doesn't belong in service, maybe he'd be better in parts. He has not had the proper training to be a service writer, he couldn't pour piss out of a boot if the instructions were on the heel. Twice I was promised a call same day by 2pm with an update about my Jeep. 3 days later, I finally get a call. I was unavailable to answer, I thought he'd leave a voicemail, but NO. So after my appointment, I call him back. I get his voicemail. I leave him a message and you guessed it, no return call. An hour passes, I call back. Someone actually hunted him down for me. My Jeep was ready. I asked what was actually wrong with it and what was fixed. He mumbled something and told me my Jeep was ready. He had no time to talk to a customer, I just got.., "your Jeep is ready." Seriously?!? There is a lot of arrogance in that shop. Customer service here is an ancient way of doing business it seems. I've been to many dealerships that treat you like a King, they honestly strive to make you happy. Dennis Dillon Jeep does the absolute least possible. I'm not really sure how they stay in business. My next service appointment will be made at Larry H. Miller Jeep in Boise if necessary. I will never ever give any future business to DDJ. You can't fix stupid! Look at all of these one star reviews here. There are way too many horrible reviews listed to ever want to spend my money here again. This place is a dumpster fire!

I've been trying for over a week to cancel the extended warranty they sold me, and they have yet to provide the necessary paperwork or offer any meaningful assistance. It's also telling that nearly every time I've been in the dealership, there has been at least one irate and frustrated customer dealing with an issue. If you're shopping for a Mazda, I would strongly recommend considering one of the reputable dealerships in the Meridian/Boise area instead. I have given these people chance and chance again to do the right thing but now, I'll file a complaint with the department of insurance. Just so everyone knows- I have sent emails to both the finance managers, the GM, the GSM and left two phone messages asking to be sent the cancellation form. All of which has been ignored. Only after leaving a bad review so they respond by again trying to make everything someone else's fault Stay away!! Update: The dealership finally reached out--and, predictably, tried to blame me for their lack of response. Once that was out of the way, the sales manager (who seems reliable) sent over the form and asked me to remove my negative reviews. I made it clear: if they honored their promise to issue my refund within two weeks, I would remove two of the three reviews. I was equally clear that the third review would stay until the GM apologized for calling me a liar. They agreed and assured me the refund would be processed within the promised timeframe. I made the mistake of trusting them. As a gesture of good faith, I went ahead and removed the two reviews. You can probably guess what happened next--nothing. Two weeks passed. Then three. This Friday marks four weeks. No refund, no update, not even a basic acknowledgment--no "sorry," no explanation, nothing. The irony here is that the GM accused me of lying when I said they had ignored my attempts to reach them. That accusation continued even after I provided copies of three emails I sent, along with the dates and names tied to three voicemails left with their finance department. So, who is being dishonest here--the customer who documented every claim, or the dealership that has failed to follow through at every step? I'll let you decide. I reached out them again yesterday for an update but as always, nothing but lies. Time to refile with the BBB and the Consumer Affairs Division

They tell me it looks like it's been previously repaired. I told them that's crazy cause I just bought it with 5000 miles on it. they said what most likely happened is when it was on the car hauler a chain came down and smacked the roof. I was more than mad at that time, I'm still mad. I contacted team Mazda sent them pictures told them to please reply by email as I'm a driver and I cannot answer my phone while I'm driving. And what do they do, they called me, and guess what, I wasn't able to answer. I will never do business with this company again. My vehicle is still broken and the Bondo repair that they did is coming undone even more. I still owe money on this vehicle and pretty soon I won't be able to drive it because of the damage it's gonna total out the vehicle. Do not buy from this company. They will screw you over just like they did me.

Prior to my purchase, I had several lengthy discussions with him about the condition of the truck. I have owned hundreds of older vehicles and I was very thorough in my questioning of the condition of this vehicle. When the vehicle finally arrived (3 weeks later than promised) it did not even run! I demanded a refund and he promised that his "business partner" would buy it back...never happened. I had to get Ebay involved for him to produce the title (2 months later) and the title is in a different business name than who I purchased the truck from. The truck is a total piece of crap and nothing like he described to me. Not running, no brakes, no working instrumentation, leaks fluid everywhere, foil wrapped fuses and the list goes on and on. He even pulled the old "it was a consignment vehicle and I havent gotten paid yet" card, but what he doesnt know is that I located the prior owner and had a discussion with him and he sold the truck to Jonny for $6500 and all Jonny did was shine on the turd and install some carpet, recover seat & install a new rear bumper and sold it to me for $18400 as a great running & driving 32k original mile truck. Funny thing is the odometer didn't work when I got it nor did it when Andrew (prior owner) owned it and sold it to Jonny. There is an active lawsuit against him in Canyon County. The Attorney who is representing the plaintiff is named Zachary Allen Patch. I have already spoken with him and am planning on suing this crook as well, so give Zachary a call and get on the list to file your lawsuit against this no good lying crook! His business licenses should be revoked and he should be put in prison in my opinion! BUYER BEWARE!! He has moved to a new location in an attempt to protect himself. The new address is: 1586 N. When I called him, He said he drove it around the area a little and just moved it on the lot it was good to go. The truck was basically a rolling chassis of junk. The vehicle was scabbed together with garbage and made to look good in pictures. It had 2 bad gas tanks, bad fuel pump, no rear brakes, no emergency brake, front axle was hanging on with just 3 threads of the U-bolts, 2 dead batteries, wires all over the truck disconnected or just not hooked up, fake Marti Report "Yes, I called" Motor mounts were welded to the frame with bubble gum welds my 14 year old could have done a better job. Once we got the engine running it leaked like the Valdez. Carburetor was clogged up and couldn't get to idle out- we replaced it. Steering pump was shot and rag joint was gone. Trans leaked, transfer case leaked, hubs on the front axle would not move or engage. Motor in the truck was traced back to a 1986 Econoline van. When I called to discuss truck he gave me the run around and blocked me, didn't return any emails or texts. He's a thief. Beware of ANYTHING he's involved with, like the new dealership he conveniently started after robbing too many other people and amassing too many bad reviews. I'd love to start a class action against him with any other buyers that were victims of him and his poor business habits Like John M from Flagstaff AZ. I lost $26,996.00 as a result.
