So a plan was agreed upon and we got a rental car and left the truck. They drove up to get a rental car He was very conscious about throwing money at my truck We were towing a trailer so when the time came to pickup the truck a major rain storm was going to hit about the same time. They when in the back lot and hooked up the trailer to the truck. That saved me a miserable drive home. William and the rest of the folks are great people. Long story short with my situation was long distance traveling, broke down on a Sunday near this area traveling through the state, had my vehicle towed to another location that was closed, had to leave it there overnight and contacted these folks first thing the next morning from 4 hours away (continued on to our destination via rental car). Not only were they accommodating via the telephone, they went and picked up my truck from the other location, diagnosed it and actually fixed it the same day at a reasonable cost. I had already assumed that my vehicle was going to require extensive work and time to complete it which is why we continued on to our vacation destination but it turns out that it was just a bad injector. Although I was out the added expense on top of my vacation spending it was minimal at best all things considered. They even allowed me to keep my vehicle on their lot for several days prior to pick up. For an out-of-towner I couldn't be happier with the service I received and quick turn around. Vehicle runs like new again and had no issues on my 1200 mile trip back home. I would easily recommend this place to anyone for diesel engine work. Thanks again.

We luckily stumbled upon Kenda Truck Center and they were amazing going out of their way to let us rent a truck to deliver a load we have been sitting on for over 2 days with a disgruntle customer forcing us to deliver this load at 8 am in Holiday FL about 220 miles away from Kenda Truck Center. Virginia was kind enough repair our truck and also let us get to our delivery on time with their truck due to our VTT going out on our truck causing us to lose our turbo. I have never in my life come across such kind people who are dedicated to helping someone in a time of need when ever other shop in a 60 mile radius was not able to help repair our Truck. Kenda Truck Center went over and beyond, beyond imagination to even rent us a truck and help a stressed owner out. I am not sure how I can thank this Repair shop. I never in my life in the 20 years of work have seen someone lend a helping hand out in a time of need to a stranger. I hope the work this team does is shown here in my review of them and I hope their business Thrives. With all this said their prices were $40 less compared to other repair shops in the area we went to. If I ever am in the Florida area you can bet your ass I will drive an additional 100 miles to get to this shop for there honesty, customer service and going over for there customers. We broke down in an area we weren't familiar with and didn't know what to do. After calling around, we were blessed to speak with Gene. He told us that if we could get the car there by 3:15 p.m., they would do their best to get it looked at that same day. Unfortunately, we had to wait on a tow truck and knew we'd be arriving much later than expected. When we called back, we asked if we could at least drop the car off while we figured out a hotel. Gene told us to come on in because he had spoken with one of the technicians about our situation, and they were still willing to help us. From the moment we arrived, Gene made us feel welcome. He immediately gathered our information and made sure we were comfortable. Several employees offered us complimentary drinks, let us use the TV area, and even brought my daughter a coloring book, toys, and a tiger mask. One incredibly sweet employee even took the time to fix the tiger mask when it came apart. Their kindness meant so much to us. The wait wasn't long at all. Gene returned with the technician, Mike, who performed a diagnostic test and quickly identified the issue. He sat down with us, explained everything clearly, and even helped us come up with a plan for the rest of our trip. He personally test-drove the car to make sure it was safe, cleared the code causing the warning, topped off our oil, and then went above and beyond by calling Hyundai on our behalf. He discovered there was an active recall covering the issue, found a Hyundai dealership along our route that could complete the repair for free, and gave us all the information we needed. We truly felt supported every step of the way. They told us they "treat everyone like family," and that's exactly how they treated us. During a stressful and uncertain moment, they gave us peace of mind and genuine kindness. I truly believe they were God-sent. I pray God blesses Gene, Mike, and the entire team tenfold for the compassion and care they showed our family. Thank you all for everything you did for us. We appreciate you more than you'll ever know!

I found the shop by luck from my google search. Reviews look promising & as I was traveling alone I wanted to find a trusted shop if I could. Well, I did! Grady got me with a tow truck, got my trailer situated at his shop and even let me use his utilities as we had to stay the night to wait on the part.
