I always come here to buy my son's uniforms for school and unfortunately today I had the displeasure of meeting an extremely rude employee. Alessandra was far from helpful, giving horrible attitude and continuously interrupting other employees who were giving me service to give them pointless tasks. A very sweet young girl whose name I was unable to get was being very helpful with me before Alessandra came in and began yelling at her in front of me seemingly for no reason, forming a scene in the store and being extremely rude to me. Alessandra's attitude was horrible. I am shocked to see that this woman can be so blatantly rude without a problem. Hopefully she is reprimanded soon. If I can give this place "0" stars, I would. I went to buy uniforms the week after school was over because we were going away for the summer. They only had 2 shirts in my daughters size (10/12) and I had to wait to receive the other 3 in the mail because they were in back order. After waiting almost 2 months, I received the shirts in a size 8, way too small! Their response was that that was what they had available and that they wanted to get something sent to me. Now I was forced to go back to the store and exchange the shirts because they were in my possession. Of course, when I got there they had nothing available in her size or even close to it!!! They were other schools with the exact shirts in plenty of sizes but for her school, NOTHING. HORRIBLE experience! read more

Besides the fact the store has no inventory, I really did not find out right away due to the horrific mess the bins were in - at least for the beige twill pants - a fact confirmed by one of the few helpful workers there who admitted it was all a mess and that there was no way to tell if they had what I wanted without looking at their online inventory. As it turns out, if you buy an AA label pair of pants, the fit is completely different from the same size Dennis label. To make matters worse, when I asked if I could buy it online, another worker told me there's no way to tell which I'm going to get, which means I could get a Dennis 33x30 pant which fits one way, or an AA 33x30 pant which fits two sizes bigger than the same size in Dennis label. Since I needed to get a pair of pants, I tried buying a totally different style because, after all, my son needs to show up in school with a pair of pants on, which by the way, the worker actually suggested I buy and handed it to me. When I get to the cashier, he quickly swipes it away and says he cannot sell that to me because "it isn't lined". Well then, why in the world is there a bin full of these pants, not to mention, the worker was the one who suggested I buy it. The store needs to get their act together because we have better things to do than spentd all the day figuring out what kind of pants are going to fit to then be told not only do they not have any in stock but they don't know which size we'll get if we buy online. read more

I think many schools are getting kickbacks from making the parents buy their uniforms here. The quality is poor and the uniforms either shrink or stretch out when washed, it's a guessing game. My friend's son washed his rugby shirt before he ever wore it and it shrunk an inch. They gave me such a hard time about returning it and getting a size larger for the poor kid, a growing freshman. After 30 minutes of arguing just on mere principle, the owner did give me 50 % off of a rugby shirt one size larger, that was nice of her. She told me nobody else ever complained about the rugby shirts. I would love to know, has anyone else had a problem with the poor quality of the rugby shirt or were we the first? read more

Disappointing quality. Purchased new dry fit shirt and after one wear knit had run in three places as not finished properly. Shirt tag states guaranteed. Returned to store only to be told guarantee is with manufacturer. Followed tag directions and returned shirt at my expense only to never hear from them again despite numerous follow ups. Advanced warning - check all seams carefully as returning anything once it has been worn is not an option and manufacturer doesn't stand behind their uniforms. When returned this year almost 1/3 had similar flaws on the rack. read more

So easy, one stop shop for my daughter's uniform! This is my 3rd year buying from them and it's always easy and a pleasure. The people that work there help you pick out skirts, shorts and pants and know the styles kids typically like and the even iron on the patches for you!! We also picked up backpacks, socks, lunchbox and pencil pouches there too! So easy! Great styles! As to the prices, yes they are a bit expensive but knowing how kids destroy their clothes, it is essential the clothes are made well. Rest assured these are made very well! Never had an issue with holes or rips. Just I don't recommend the white polos as they do get very dirty. Kids!! ) star shopping experience for me! i recently went in to aa uniform to buy my sons polos for the upcoming year. i was helped immediately by a super sweet teenage girl who went to my same high school and will be attending my same college. my kids loved running around thru the maze of the store. they had everything i needed in stock. what shocked me was the prices. 180 total for 6 shirts and 2 shorts!?!??! whatatttt that is way overpriced for short sleeve toddler polo shirts. last year uniform store was almost half the price. the school selects aa uniform so we are stuck coming here but the prices are outrageous. hopefully the polos will wash well and last the full school year! read more

They know that you're forced to shop there and that the schools aren't going to take their contracts away because the transition is too complicated. Therefore, they put no effort into providing good customer care or service. I've been experiencing bad service at AA uniform for the past 4 years. The issues are too many to list, but range from NEVER having enough stock to fulfill the needs of the clients to then not fulfilling online orders properly or orders placed at the store. Today, for the first time in years, I did have the pleasure of dealing with an amazing employee. His name was Kendal and he is an asset to that company. He did everything he could to fix ALL of his co-worker's previous errors and he did it with a positive attitude. Wish they had more employees like him. Thanks, Kendal for your help today! read more

OVERPRICED!!!!!!!! The prices in this store are ridiculous!! $40 for a Jansport GET A GRIP! $35 for a childs sweater NO WAY! Either the store owner does not have any children or they're filthy rich either way they shouldn't be selling uniforms if that's the case. Oh and if you have to order something they take weeks to give it to you and forget to call you when it's ready. This store is taking advantage of all the parents that dont know any better and think they are the only Uniform store around. Don't buy here. read more

This is the place where my kids school have their uniforms. What a rip off! The prices are so ridiculous for toddler size polos, $24. I am not sure how they get away with these type of mark up and prices. From the other reviews everyone seems to have the same sentiment. The uniforms are very poor quality and definitely over priced. The staff is very friendly and helpful, this the only reason for my one star. I wish our school didn't make us buy uniforms exclusively from AA. I will bring it up to the school administration to see if there is any way we can have another store as an option. read more

Quite possibly the most over priced, bad quality uniforms. We just moved from Sunny Isles where my daughter did K-3 so these last 4 years we purchased all of her uniforms from the uniform store up north. Here are some take aways as to why I will NOT be shopping here (except to add the logos) 1. The polo shirts are rough, hard, worst cotton ever. No amount of fabric softener could save them and they probably fall apart after a couple washes. 2. They offer the exact same polos for boys and girls. What??? We've always gotten really pretty, girly, more "fitted" shirts in the past. Get your stuff together 3. Price!!! At our previous store we paid $14 for a soft, girl polo with a logo. Good enough. Here, they want $20 for the worst quality.. But wait, it doesn't include the logo?! That's an extra $1.50 (reduced from $3 if you don't buy their shirts) Moral of the story. You'll over spend here and will have to replace mid year (or more often) I went to Macy's and bought beautiful Nautica Polos for $14.99 that I'll bring here to add the logo for $3.00 so $18 total for something I know will last through the school year. Shame on you AA.. Btw the 2 stars are only because your staff is helpful. read more

Quality is terrible and prices are too high. It makes no sense to have unisex shirts.

While the store is organized and has good customer service, the quality of the clothes here is not good at all. Last year I bought a few polos from here and a few from Target and brought them here to have the school logo put on. The shirts from Target were 1/3 of the price and lasted so much longer. The polo shirts from AA were unraveling and pilling soon after purchasing and were much too expensive. Save your money and buy Polos from Walmart or Target! read more
