The Riverfront Park includes the playground and just grassy area (which is nice for all the folks we saw picnicking), and the carousel, plus food trucks congregate in the amphitheater area sometimes. The day we were there there were three of them and plenty of space for a couple more. Nice option to go grab a snack. There were a few picnic tables and we were able to claim one of them. The bathrooms were pretty gross. There was no soap or anything in them and one was in yucky shape. That led us to the port-a-potty, which was pretty gross but a little less gross than the permanent toilets. There's a large parking lot here since they must have lots of various activities taking place here. I'm glad we visited here (at a friend's recommendation) and got to enjoy this (mostly) well-kept park.

In addition to the Thomas Kay Woolen Mill, this millrace supplied water to other city industries,…read moreincluding the Salem Water Company, the Paulus Brothers Cannery, the Salem Flouring Mill, and Boise Cascade. Today, paths and parks parallel much of the waterway. Waller Dam, built around 1864 and modified in 1915, split Mill Creek into this millrace and what is sometimes referred to as North Mill Creek. The millrace flows through the Willamette Heritage Center, where you can take a tour of the old Thomas Kay Woolen Mill and then the Willamette University campus. There is also a fish ladder as part of the dam to allow anadromous fish to pass. A small park, there is also a picnic table and a small grassy area. Not a spectacular park, but is an interesting part of the history of Salem.

They would not return them because they were worn. No dirt, no marks but they did ask me if I wore them and I said I did. They told me at that point, they cannot return them and asked if I had contacted Adidas. My response is why would I talk to Adidas when I bought them from you. I bought them the week prior. Apparently they have a policy not to allow returns on worn shoes. These had less than 20 minutes of wear on them. They refuse to return them. In this case, I would say you're only as good as your return policy and I would not recommend buying anything at Dick's Sporting Goods. The manager was very rude and Direct that since I admitted that I wore them, she could not accept return. Not a great policy in these times, from the sounds of some of the other comments, customer service is a problem for Dick's Sporting Goods.

I ordered a Lemon Drop and I don't know what it was but I couldn't drink it. Then 47 minutes into our cruise, we turned around to go back to the dock to pick up passengers who arrived late.
