Got my car in earlier then scheduled. Confirmed that the alternator is bad but admitted they couldn't do it due to some environmental restrictions. Nonetheless they re-charged the battery for me at no charge other than the 20$ to diagnose the alternator. So due to their kindness. I'll be bringing my car back on other things they can work on. I call and their rude manager makes me feel like I am the idiot because I didn't know those were only "appointment requests" and not actual appointments. He refuses to help in any way or show any concern about my situation that has been caused by his company. I needed tires installed immediately as my car is undriveable - that's why I booked with them - they had availability! Who has an online booking system for appointments that are actually only "requests"? And even if that is the case, who treats their customers like this when something like this happens? Suffice to say, Pete "the manager" did nothing to make the situation better and his smug attitude and refusal to do anything to help only served to increase my frustration and anger at the situation. This company screwed me over so bad, now my tires are being shipped to a business that I don't want to do business with.
