Staff and food are always great!! Manager is always really nice and makes sure we are taken care of.

Riley was my server, the service was great and she is one of the sweetest waitresses Ive had. The food was great also.

If I could give this establishment less than one I would. Service sub par... food always a let down. It's always hot and ALWAYS out of stock if so many things. The last time we tried it again... come on let's give it one more go... sigh I wish we didn't. Three of the entrees we were ordering were "out" and to boot they were out of all syrup. The young waiter was not friendly and truly felt like he was more interested in talking to coworkers than making sure we had what we needed. My family and I ate here last night on Christmas day, right around the 6 o'clock dinner rush. Things were quite hectic and we were certainly not going in with the highest expectations for food nor service. But boy were we proven wrong! We had an absolutely incredible waitress named Hannah W. Shoutout to you girl!! She was doing a million things at once and had a smile on her face the whole time. We absolutely loved her! The food was decent which was better than we were expecting lol. Service attendant s are untrained... Food is delicious...kudos to cook. Service attendant s gather at till and chat/giggle without taking food or drink order...I had to get back up and request an order be taken. This was met with confused looks and disdain. Was not even asked what I wanted, she just stood there pen and paper in hand. I drive transport truck, and so much look forward to this stop. We love Denny's but the moaoinagement has a real problem. The ladies working in there can only work so fast and do some many tables. I see people who are working the register standing around when they could be pouring coffee or checking on those who are working there and helping in some manner. Personally I think the manager is to blame for anything and everything. The waitresses work their tails off. Anytime a restaurant has a lot of customers everybody in the restaurant who works there should be waiting on customers pouring water getting water checking on what the customers need, pouring coffee and they don't need to be ugly to the waitress. The waitress can only do so much. Also when they are training someone they need to get that trainee to go around checking on the tables and pouring coffee they just don't need to be standing up at the register chatting. read more

I came to dennys after a football game with like 10 people, they left early so 15 minutes later they come take our order and 5 mins later i ask them if they can make it to go because i forgot we werent gonna stay here bc it was getting late and the manager came to our table(only 4 people at our table) and she instantly had a attitude saying "Why didnt u say u wanted a to go order when they took your order" then i told her we forgot but she didnt have to come at us like that and she said "you shouldve made your order to go when they came over here" in a rude a** way so i went off on her because shes not going to disrespect me for no reason. I got home and my cousin (who was at the table) texted me and told me a bug flew out of her box. Worst service around!!!!! Employees too busy going in and out smoking to do their jobs. It's like they don't care. I'm guessing the managers don't either because they are outside with them. If they are too lazy to clean tables we probably don't want to see the kitchen. read more

I've been here a few times and the food is par for Denny's but the service is always horrible and slow. Tonight we waited about 8 minutes for drink order to be taken and then the server brought wrong drink and the second time still didn't bring lemons. We placed our order I ordered a salad with grill chicken a few minutes the waiter comes back and ask what kind of burger I ordered? So i repeated my grill chicken club salad order with no bread or potato strings. We finally got our food the salad was wrong and my grandmothers bacon was burnt and i mean burnt. Our server was sweet, but the lady that brought put the food had an attitude!! Didnt fix the isssue that we had really!! After this happened we never saw our server or her or any one!! My children ran out of drinks! When we went to pay, my husband appologized for coming of snippy but he was only responding to her attitude! She said, "this always happens to me!" and nothing else!! Have eaten at this location often and the food and service is always great. We always get a table visit by the manager on duty.
