My wife and I stopped by for a late lunch on 2/4/2023 at about 11 AM. The restaurant was full but we only waited a few minutes until seated. Our server, Donald Miller was there within a couple of minutes to take our drink order and our breakfast order a few minutes later. He was courteous, helped with our menu questions and kept our coffee mugs filled. Our wait was about 8-10 minutes for our food to arrive....hot, and exactly as we had ordered. We enjoyed our breakfast and Donald checked on us several times during our meal and kept the coffee and water. The food was tasty and what we expected. All of the employees were friendly and courteous even though they were extremely busy. Kudos to Donald for making our visit a pleasant one. We'll be back. read more

Have nothing good to say, food , service , atmosphere everything was bad. There was 3 workers in the entire restaurant, at least 6 families were there before us. First bad sign was no one had food at their table not even drinks. 2nd was the parking lot looked empty. People that did online orders kept arriving and leaving without the food they ordered ..The soup I orderd took forever we waited 1hr . When they came back with the food at my table , the waiter looks at me as he is passing the food and says " Ummm there is no soup we threw it away , want some fries? We've been coming to this Denny's for a while now and it's pretty decent. It might not be an upscale as others but they are very dependable on their standards. There is always a wait on Sundays which is to be expected for the amount of people that drop by. We waited for about 15 mins and we were seated. Our server was friendly and attentive. Took our orders. I ordered the double berry banana which was so delicious. We only waited 15 mins and we were served! Thank you god! They must of had a speedy cook that day or more staff that day! Keep up the good work! My food was tasty. Food was a bit on the cold side but nonetheless delicious. If this place updated its self, maybe expanded for more tables and just cleaned up maybe there wouldn't be so much wait as other days. They'll just randomly close during normal business hours with a paper sign on the door. We got the kids up a early for their last day of school to take them to a special breakfast because it just happened to also be their mommy's birthday. Cutting it close in time, we parked and went to the door only to find it locked with a paper in the door saying "Close reopen at 8". Yes, that's how the spelled it. So mommy went to work without breakfast and we stopped for Chicagoburger breakfast at the drive through. Thanks Denny's. You inability to keep your own hours will not be forgotten. read more

This is a good Dennys! Nice and clean, good service and the food arrived nice and hot.

I'm sorry to say, but I have givin them plenty of opportunities and their service is just not where it needs to be. It looks like they are always short on staff and servers not likening their job. Sense of urgency and customer service is just not there, and management should be on the front checking on customers or cashing people out. Only once there was an Area director with a spin wheel and everyone was smiling and moving to serve customers. Let's hope that corporate office can change this store and bring it to where it needs to be. read more

The food...nice and hot. The rest of it (the service) was a little less than desirable. After many years in the food service industry this visit made me cringe. This location is always short staff so of course there is a wait which was no problem. The hostess was doing a great job at seating the crowds coming in. She sat us when our server supposedly was making shakes so 5 minutes after seating us she came back to inform us of this and took our drink order. She was able to bring us our drinks and we waited another 10 minutes for our server to get to us. Honestly we didn't know who was gonna be the server because we hadn't seen anyone come to any of the tables in our area. So I don't know who honestly he was making milkshakes for because we were next to the server area and didn't hear the mixer but oh well. The hostess told us Donna was our server but turns out it was Donald who looked like he was having a rough day. He didn't say hi just came rushing up and said "you know what you want?" And we ordered and left. The busser came over and started grabbing plates off a table people were eating at in our area without asking and Donald came over and told the family "you were done right?" While they took the plates. I was mortified for them. The guy was like "um we are still eating" and then they stopped. Then the table between us and them asked Donald for their ticket he was like "oh ok" and pulls out a crumbled up ticket that honestly looked like a tissue but you could tell it was a ticket and he said "ya that's yours" when she asked because he didn't even check if it was. We never got our ticket because we waited 15 minutes after we finished our food (never checked on to get refills or how our food was) and went to the front to pay. We told them where we sat so she could pull it which was no biggie. But seriously this location needs some serious retraining. I get it that getting help in the restaurant business is tough but this was insane. The cooks were on point but from even the other servers I saw it is a problem with training because they all did the same. And I'm worried because most of the staff should be retired and not working like this. Dennys please come and check in on your people. They need help. read more

Then she saw me and she was just staring, and finally she said for how many? I was caught of guard and confused. Anyways she did seat my party first before the other party. It was a weird situation, she was just unfriendly. Which it annoys me when hostess are unfriendly and rude. Other than that the server was nice. I also overheard a convo about an employee who was his last day and how he was saying bye to his regulars. I went in at dinner w breakfast on my mind. I had been thinking about pancakes all day. I went in knowing this isnt a flagship location but it was close and i was getting hangry. I was standing at the front waiting to be seated... and waited and waited and waited. I was never greeted or invited to sit down. No manager, cooks walking around, a single waitress. Service is horrible. People were lined out the door and no one was being seated even though there were plenty of available booths and/or tables.
