First, I would like to recognize the fact that they brought back the original tartar sauce, and they have went back to rolling the baked potatoes and sea salt and breaking them to perfection. I was able to get a lobster tail, grilled scallops, shrimp linguine Alfredo and fried shrimp along with a baked potato plus Caesar salad and biscuits all for a little over $40. For me Red Lobster is like an old friend. From being the place we would always go for special occasions as a kid in the 80s to being the place where I would work my way through college to being the place where I would meet my wife...Red Lobster has meant something. So when we needed a place to go for a Lenten meal, my wife and I went and saw our old friend. So much was exactly how we remember. At the beginning or end of many of our server shifts, my wife and I would share an order of the seafood stuffed mushrooms, and at this meal, this appetizer tasted exactly as we remember. It was familiar and delicious. For our entrees we would get a Lobster Roll off of the Lobsterfest menu...which was pretty good. We felt that a more traditional roll would have been better than the "sweet Hawaiian" roll that it came on. The flavor was too overpowering for the lobster meat itself. We also got a Shrimp Your Way with 3 choices. We opted for 2 of the classics we used to sling- Walt's Favorite Fried Shrimp and Shrimp Scampi, both were delicious and exactly as we remembered. The 3rd type of shrimp was the "Dragon Shrimp", which had a nice spicy crunch to it. Of course we also had the Cheddar Bay Biscuits which we both loved and hated as servers. Loved them because they were delicious...hated them because they were so popular with our customers that they would ask for them before we could even take drink orders and then people would rarely want to order appetizers (we had to get our "add-ons," you know) opting for "more of those biscuits"...LoL. Finally the ambiance at this location was very much like it was when we worked at another location in the 90s- even how the servers rolled the silver for their side-work was the same. It was hard and easy to give this review 3 stars. Hard because it was so much like we remembered and it was still delicious, and easy because it was the same as we remembered, which showed that there had been little "evolution" in the place over the last 30 years. It was great to go for a throwback, but that is also why I've only been back a handful of times over the past 30 years. I'd still go again, but I wouldn't put it back in any sort of "rotation" of places that I would visit more regularly than once every few years. Endless shrimp baby!!!!!!!! I came on a Sunday to grab some of the famous cheddar biscuits and ended up ordering at the bar when I saw they have the endless shrimp going on. And it's only $20!! I sat at the bar and watched the Sunday football games and had a great time. The service was nice and attentive. And trust me attentive is what you want when you have the endless shrimp in the line! We went to try out the place since they have revamped the menu. So glad we did! We arrived before 6 pm, so the happy hour menu was still in effect. Grabbed an appetizer and two $5 Margaritas that were good size. For our main menu my wife had the shrimp trio and I had the seafood boil. I had the smaller boil with 24 shrimp, sausage, red potatoes and corn on the cob. You can pick from three different sauces and three different levels of heat. It was really good. This is my new favorite meal at Red Lobster. The Ultimate Feast has been replaced and next time I will have the more expensive boil, now that I know how good it is. Honestly I haven't been to a better red lobster in my entire life. I went for an event with my family and it was very very enjoyable, always clean always kept and always friendly; our server was Juran and she was fantastic; she had such a motherly love and such kindness along making us laugh and making us happy, it got to a point we were waiting for her to come back to make our experience so much better. And of course the food, the food was so much better then when I went to a red lobster at a different location and couple years ago, the Cajun fettuccini was soo good and soo seasoned and everyone else loved their food. This stalwart chain has fallen on hard times and it shows in a menu light on seafood variety and heavy on fillers, appetizers, and endless ways to present shrimp. Ordered: Garlic alfredo linguine w/cajun chicken A grilled shrimp skewer, and the narcotic like cheddar biscuits. The entree, biscuits, and shrimp were good. I had a terrible experience at Red Lobster today. I went in just to place a to-go order for a half dozen cheddar bay biscuits--nothing major. I waited over 10 minutes, and no one helped me the entire time. What made it worse was that a waitress literally looked me in the eyes and walked away without saying a word. Update: Customer service was really kind and helpful by reaching out to me to resolve the issues that occurred with my delivery order. Customer service was excellent from the representative that reached out to me. I gave this restaurant another try and was not disappointed. The food orders were all correct and hot and fresh. They definitely made up for my previous experience. I ordered delivery from the website which was delivered by DoorDash. My order total was $150.97. My overall experience was awful. I received a message from the door dash driver who stated that the Togo person was being very unprofessional and rude. The Togo person asked the delivery driver to confirm the order and a few minutes later the message was relayed that even though it was almost an hr after the order had been placed, it hadn't even been started. Once the order was delivered I discovered that my toddler's drink had been left out and my husband's sweet tea was unsweet and had no ice. I opened the bag and cocktail sauce was spilt and leaking from the plate. Both of my brownie over load desserts were missing the ice cream. Everything included in my husband's ultimate feast was cold. The pasta to my crab carbonara was cold and barely had any carbonara sauce. We were also missing requested cutlery. New Years Eve is the anniversary of her death. So, I decided to take 2020 out on a good note. It was a success. The food, ambiance & employees were absolutely great. They had tables marked off for social distancing, and were cleaning them well between customers. The employees all wear masks, & customers are required to do so as they enter & order. Once drinks ,& food arrives, naturally masks can be removed by the customer. Honestly, I liked the distancing. Some places get a bit loud with so many people. But, with the social distancing, it's really good. I ordered coconut shrimp, green beans, a baked potato & biscuits. The meal I was presented, fed me for four days. When I remember being able to eat all that food in one sitting, vs. now, is an eye opening realization. The shrimp are anything but tiny. They are huge. Honestly, three is a big serving. The green beans easily became three servings. The baked potato & the sides are good for a dinner by itself. Then, those biscuits. Forget it if you have one. Because, you cannot stop with one. Walked in on 01-30-26 at 530pm, no wait, we asked the hostess (who was very sweet) if we could sit at one of the booths in the bar area as ALL of the tables were empty in there and there were only 2 customers sitting at the bar. As we were being seated and handed the menu by the hostess the bartender on duty yells across the bar and room that "I can't take anymore tables in here". The hostess tells her we requested to be seated there and leaves. The bartender NEVER comes over (I guess her 2 whole guests were overwhelming for her, and the actual restaurant we not busy either). The way the bartender was so bothered was really off putting so we decided we would leave and go somewhere else. When we got up the hostess apologized and asked if we wanted to be seated in the main dining and we told her no and left (and went to Longhorn Steakhouse where the bartender was SLAMMED with not only the bar but the entire restaurant and didn't miss a beat). Do not recommend this Red Lobster location the service is more than awful. The bartender is rude and entitled. She obviously does not want to work and made it uncomfortable not only for us but the other 2 customers sitting at the bar. read more

The customer service at this location us 10/10 stars. They assisted me even when busy, and kept checking in on me even though all I wanted to do was pay for my food.. Went to this location yesterday on Valentine's Day. Although we had to way about an hour, it was well worth it. The hostess was friendly and professional when asked us for our cell number to text us once our table became available. Our table was clean and without those leftover food pieces that are often overlooked on the floor. We tried their big mango (I think) margaritas (pictured) and they were good once you stir it to get that cold feel and taste. Their biscuits were hot, fluffy, and tasteful. I think I ate more of those biscuits than I wanted to but have no regrets :-). I tried the Seafarer's Feast with mashed potatoes and Orzo Rice. Not sure why my mouth is watering right now but I almost ate my whole plate if it wasn't because of those so-good biscuits! How dare of those fluffy, soft, and warm biscuits get in the way of my main course?
