0/5 . I was just in there last night for my prom night. I called 20 minutes ahead to make a reservation but they said it was first come first serve. I asked if they were busy and the girl said it was empty. I then arrive to an empty restaurant. I made a reservation on yelp just in case and it STILL took 20 minutes to be seated, it was just me and my date. Regardless we waited and once sat we weren't attended to until 15 minutes after. It was this guy sever with earrings and he literally greeted us by saying " hey so what drinks do you want". He took our drink and our order and it took AN hour to get just our drinks. He came and just dropped them off and left. We kept asking servers for a check in our order which was just a dbl cheese burger and pancake puppies, but still they just ignored us. There was a minimum 3 tables around that arrived after us but still wasn't too busy. After waiting we decided to leave since we never got our order and left our drinks untouched which we were still charged. To be honest this place kind of sucks for it to be 24/7 , like we came in hungry and waited an hour for nothing. Everything was dirty , the people never checked on us , it seemed like because we're teens it didn't really matter how they treated us. For whoever has prom next week, DONT come here read more

These waitress are some of the worst service I have ever been around. My waitress Nancy. She never let me finish telling her my order cut me off while I was talking I tried to tell her I wanted the Grand slam not the lumberjack, She said I know which one it is.So of course brought me the wrong food. I told her again and she got very rude like I did something wrong, she was like you ordered it.I was like NO you ordered it. then she began to make it into a big deal where everyone started to look over at us I started getting mad. I came here with my family to enjoy my meal not get in a argument with a waitress that does not know how to do her job. Dennys needs to get new waitress that know how to do there jobs. Just awful service. She purposely didn't come to refill are drinks after that. I tried to flag her down and she saw me but just kept walking saying I'll be right there. Sometimes I don't eat breakfast but today was going to be a long busy day so I thought I should start it out with a little something to eat. This Denny's is close to my house so I decided to come here to start my day. I was seated within a couple minutes and was given a menu. Many of the items looked good but I was looking for something small and then I saw the 2 pancakes for $2.00, that sounded pretty good and I even decided to splurge by making them Blueberry Pancakes for an extra 50 cents! The waitress came back, I placed my order and waited. Looking around I noticed that everything was clean and in good shape. Each table in the area I was sitting had a hanging lamp over it. My pancakes arrived in about 8 minutes, they were good, light and fluffy, with I nice amount of blueberries and all for only $2.50 which made me enjoy them all the more! read more

These people who work there,make so many mistakes its terrible.I think this place is runned by idiots.There's hardly never any managers around,and there very rude they do not give you what you ask for and when they are told to they have such a bad attitude. It makes me mad just eating there irritates me.They are always running out of there food and they substitute it with other stuff. I suggested if you go there DON'T TIP these people they do not deserve it they beg people for tips after there terrible service and if you have a bad experience get the person are persons name and do the survey and tell there corporate office.So maybe they can fix this denny's so people don't have to drive all over looking for a different one. read more

I haven't been to Denny's in years. For the same reason I am about to state. The food is not good. My girlfriend and I went in around 7pm on a Thursday, we just wanted some pancakes. The staff was friendly. Our waitress was fast and attentive. We ordered cheap that night, maybe that is why our food was so bad. I got eggs, pancakes, and biscuits with gravy... Eggs tasted like the fell in the toilet honestly. Panckaes tasted like sponges and the biscuits and gravy was the only really good thing. My girlfriend got the same thing but instead of the biscuits and gravy she just had hash browns, which she said was also the only good thing. No wonder I haven't been here in years. I have been a long time customer for many years now. and there service use to be great but this last year it has gone down hill the waiters and waitress are really bad. The food great and the management is always happy but the servers that use to be really good. Have gotten lazy and don't bring you your stuff till your foods cold are your almost done eatting and they have to be reminded over and over agian to get stuff they forget and they get an attitude when you ask for them to bring it. They stand around gossiping about there customers who don't tip good but its probaly because there services is so bad. They should really hire new people to server there loyal guest. read more

I had dinner with my family here today and the food was great and delivered hot and in a timely manner, but out of our trip the best thing that stood out the most was the customer service it was more than exceptional out waitress Ciera was amazing she visited the table frequently, and always asked if we needed anything. She always made sure our cups were filled. So if anyone at Denny's reads this she's great. I will definitely come back and request her if she's here next time. read more

JOSHUA, is an amazing server. And you WILL know him when you see him because he looks like a more handsome version of Sam Smith! He worked all night long and was still working at top speed taking care of EVERYTHING to make sure all his guests were well taken care of for breakfast and for the shift change coming. This morning I went to this restaurant Denny's, It was really packed, and this lady with curly hair was helping other people but she never helped me. Till the server Armando came and he helped me. The food it was really good, the server Armando, Cesar they were very kind and helpful, and the server Andrew was really attentive. Recently moved to Palmdale and went for breakfast here with my family Saturday Morning. Wait time is reasonable, clean restaurant and bathrooms. Food was served promptly and we had a very kind waitress named Carolina. She was always checking to see if my family and I needed anything and I thought that was great. She payed very close attention to my little brothers complicated order. I will definitely be eating here more often. read more

A colleague took us out for lunch as it was her birthday. We were not sure about the time by when we were planning to leave for lunch so we mutually decided to go to Denny's restaurant. I like the fast food variety here. Place was nice and reasonably clean.I was happy for the prices as we were 6 of us. The lunch didn't cost her too much. I went to Denny's Wednesday may 31 it was getting pretty busy. But I was still sat quickly my server rosy I think came to greet us pretty quickly. She was really sweet, she brought out our drinks and took our order quickly without hesitation. Our drinks were never empty. She was very attentive and our food was hot. Although it was busy my waiting experience was not bad at all as it went quite quickly. And young lady name Lesly I believe was very patient and nice with my family and I. She was very active in the front and was calmly making the wait time go by very quick even though it was her and another lady. My daughters saw the same things as I did with her and appreciate her service. Kind of her. read more

Excellent experience I was in there a couple weeks ago with my mother and the service was quick and excellent specially our waitress Carolina , she was very attentive to our needs , was very friendly and holds every quality for a great waitress , she went the extra mile to make us feel welcomed and greeted us very nicely , we need more carolinas in this world , definitely will go back read more

Best service by far! Want your food out quick and hot have Yuriana as your server. She was so polite and enthusiastic, especially for a busy day it was today in the dinning room. Not once did she forget something we asked and she even brought out plenty of refills without us even asking. GREAT DEALS AND SERVERS. Not only is dennys super friendly, but they have great deals in the value menu, I can always go there when I am feeling hungry and broke at the same time, because that value menu is great.
