I placed an order under Juan this morning for crepes combo and I got the food. The eggs looked like they were dropped, I asked for sausage but instead I got bacon and last the German crepes were just plain crepes with no filling of any kind. IHOP I'm not happy with my order. I really don't like writing reviews but tonight I have to because I spent $46 on my food . I ordered through DoorDash and seen that my food would be coming from this location . I ordered around 11:15pm and got the chicken smothered in country gravy with mashed potatoes and fries along with a loaded nacho burrito and fries for my partner . When my order finally arrived around 12:30AM I immediately smelled like something had been burnt . I open my chicken order and the chicken breading is dark and tasted burned , I couldn't finish it . As far as the burrito , there was no meat in it . The DoorDash worker said they were busy tonight and had only one cook on the premises. That's crazy , I'm sorry for the cook but that chicken was terrible . No one should be cooking for a whole restaurant by themselves, I gave two stars because at least the fries were good . read more

I really like the food here but after the experience I had last week I will not be returning. Recently they added a 10$ breakfast sandwich to the menu that I have been ordering almost daily. Last week on Wednesday night, I ordered it for pick up. I placed my order over the phone and they told me it would be ready in 15 min. When I arrived, they had an issue ringing me up because whoever rang it up used someone else's code and logged in under a different employees name. After figuring that out I went to wait for my food. I could already see that my food was ready and put out, it just needed the drinks and the brownie that comes on the skillet with the ice cream. There was one server doing everything so I waited patiently. My ticket was the first ticket on the tv screen and at this point I was already waiting 30 minutes. All the girl had to do was make my drinks and heat up my brownie. It took another 30 minutes for her to find the actual brownie and the skillet since that's the only way they can heat it up. The second ticket that ordered after me came in and got their food. People who were seated after I had already gotten there and paid were receiving their food before me. An hour into it I finally had lost my patience and asked the waitress to please just fetch my stuff together so I can leave. She responded with ..they are all going to get mad at me as she continues seating people , taking orders and helping everyone else rather than finishing me up. After over an hour wait I finally receive my food but there is a drink missing. I bring it to the waitresses attention and instead of just going to get me my drink so I can leave. she says, one second I need to take all these orders first and starts helping everyone else again. How does that make any sense after making me wait over an hour? Shouldn't the focus been getting me out the door? Do pick up customers not matter as much as the sit down ones? At that point I feel like she was doing it on purpose. I had to make her call her manager to be told to help me, which after hanging up the phone she still returned to doing everything else other than making me the drink they forgot. After finally getting home close to one am, the fries were soggy from sitting there for so long, they forgot my ranch and the sprite was just water, because it ran out of syrup. By this point my appetite was ruined and I just wanted my money back. I came in to get a refund and they couldn't give me one because the system resets after eleven pm and there was no manager on duty. I didn't have my receipt and I paid with cash. They told me to come back to get a refund when the manager is there. I left my information and nobody had reached out to me. There is no working number to call corporate so I am leaving this review. I was not given what I paid for, my time was wasted and I was made to feel like the problem when I was the one who was done wrong. I just stopped by at Dennys this morning. Because, it's 5 hour drive to visit mammoth lakes as my first time vacation from my jobs. Anyway, I enjoyed eating cinnamon buns pancakes with icing on top as I don't have to put syrup at all and orange juice. read more

The restaurant was very busy on a Sunday around 1pm, but the wait was only about 16 minutes and their app kept us up to date as where we were in line so I loved that. Our server was Juan and he is the best! I haven't been to this Dennys in years but Juan provided us excellent service. He was very friendly and was a hard worker. Attempted to order take out from Denny's website & very confusing. Tried multiple times to give payment information & the site never accepted any of my cards. The order had to be placed via Postmates for delivery. All of the orders had problems & I never received my salad. Unfortunately, these issues have occurred on multiple occasions. I visited this location on 01-15-18 am 12:03 am .. my husband and I both work long hours and love to treat ourselves to a very late night meal just the two of us .. The server we has was marvelous my only issue was that it took so long for our meals to come out. We were eating by 1 am, yes an hour to get our food also our bacon tater tots had to different sour creams the old one that was starting to turn yellowish an the new one to mascare the fact that our food had sat too long under the heat lamp ... The Chef I just had to meet this Gentleman "Lazaro" His cooking was on point the Burgers were so juicy!! Today I placed an online order. After picking it up I was given something different than what I ordered. I called to express my concern that when I picked up my order I was not notified that my Chicken Tenders were replaced with what was basically the size of chicken nuggets (Boneless Wings) mind you 2 boneless wings do not=1 chicken tender. I ended up speaking to a manager. I was not rude I just expressed my frustration and did not belittle anyone. He decided to refund me. To my surprise I get an email confirming the refund. My husband and I had our dinner today at this location. The food was good, the waitresses were polite and attentive. The people at the next table were mean and loud to the server taking their orders. (I believe he said something very inappropriate to the waitress. ) The lead server later came to apologize to the customers sitting around that table for that customer upsetting people's dinner, which I thought was considerate and professional. Horrible experience with the online service and the app. System is faulty so I had to check out as a guest. Finally placed the order, paid and got the confirmation time of delivery. 20min after the delivery time called the driver and he said he hadn't yet received anything to call the restaurant. So I called and spoke to Mary and she said they are backed up and that it might take another hour because they are backed up. So she gave me two options wait or cancel but didn't offer to make the huge inconvenience any better. At this point they have already wasted my time and already took my money without hesitation. I had to call her back to finish what I was asking for, and still had the nerve to roll her eyes. Was extremely impressed with how hard working and efficient Every Employee was there last night when I stopped in to get a bite to eat. My Server, Natalie was cordial, professional and attentive. Another server (Fernanda) was exceptionally attentive, she had made eye contact with me right off, I think she had noticed that I needed something by the look on my face. She asked me if she could help and I asked her for my check. She quickly retrieved it. The cashier at the front register where I paid (which I tipped the most I ever had - 22%) was very friendly and apologetic for you being understaffed. I had no complaints whatsoever, only praise. I most definitely will be back soon to dine in again. Their Tropical Green Smoothie was Excellent !, just as good as Jamba Juice! So I tried to purchase local, they got every aspect of my order wrong. I called the manger and she said she would refund my money and comp me on my next visit. So I never got a refund nor the comp meal, such a mess. My kids want me to try again and give them another chance, so for my kids I'm going to try again, but my mind is pretty made up they suck and don't deserve my business and I don't think that will ever change. What happened to good customer service? People just don't take their jobs seriously or just don't care ... sad we should all take pride in what we do and get it right no matter the job or title we hold.
