I visited this location on 01-15-18 am 12:03 am .. my husband and I both work long hours and love to treat ourselves to a very late night meal just the two of us .. The server we has was marvelous my only issue was that it took so long for our meals to come out. We were eating by 1 am, yes an hour to get our food also our bacon tater tots had to different sour creams the old one that was starting to turn yellowish an the new one to mascare the fact that our food had sat too long under the heat lamp ... I called to express my concern that when I picked up my order I was not notified that my Chicken Tenders were replaced with what was basically the size of chicken nuggets (Boneless Wings) mind you 2 boneless wings do not=1 chicken tender. I ended up speaking to a manager. I was not rude I just expressed my frustration and did not belittle anyone. He decided to refund me. To my surprise I get an email confirming the refund. Horrible experience with the online service and the app. System is faulty so I had to check out as a guest. Finally placed the order, paid and got the confirmation time of delivery. 20min after the delivery time called the driver and he said he hadn't yet received anything to call the restaurant. So I called and spoke to Mary and she said they are backed up and that it might take another hour because they are backed up. So she gave me two options wait or cancel but didn't offer to make the huge inconvenience any better. At this point they have already wasted my time and already took my money without hesitation. Was extremely impressed with how hard working and efficient Every Employee was there last night when I stopped in to get a bite to eat. My Server, Natalie was cordial, professional and attentive. Another server (Fernanda) was exceptionally attentive, she had made eye contact with me right off, I think she had noticed that I needed something by the look on my face. She asked me if she could help and I asked her for my check. She quickly retrieved it. The cashier at the front register where I paid (which I tipped the most I ever had - 22%) was very friendly and apologetic for you being understaffed. I had no complaints whatsoever, only praise. I most definitely will be back soon to dine in again. Their Tropical Green Smoothie was Excellent !, just as good as Jamba Juice! So I tried to purchase local, they got every aspect of my order wrong. I called the manger and she said she would refund my money and comp me on my next visit. So I never got a refund nor the comp meal, such a mess. My kids want me to try again and give them another chance, so for my kids I'm going to try again, but my mind is pretty made up they suck and don't deserve my business and I don't think that will ever change. As with any large restaurant chain, the food quality and service vary widely by location. Today's breakfast at this specific location was a solid 4 stars for both the food and the service. However, I have given an extra star for 3 important reasons (reasons which are applicable to ALL Denny's irrespective of location): (1) Denny's is open 24 hours / day, 7 days a week. To the 15 million+ Americans who work NIGHTS (many of whom are First Responders), this is hugely appreciated. Very few other large restaurant chains are open in the late evening / early morning (Waffle House is another). (2) Denny's is open on both Thanksgiving and Christmas days. To the millions of Americans who have no family with which to celebrate these holidays, this means a lot. (3) Denny's is one of the few large restaurant chains that offers seniors a decent discount (15 percent if you are an AARP member). Other large restaurant chains might consider following Denny's example.... read more

We told the waitress she needed to tell the manager that they needed some heat in the restaurant, and the manager called to someone in the back and told them to turn on the heat. They let the heat get to probably 85 or thereabouts. It was hot. We left. It was too hot to stay in there. You couldn't eat in there. When we got there, people were sitting there eating with their coats on. IF we come back to this restaurant again, if we're not comfortable, we won't stay. This a review for Yelp, Grubhub and Denny's. So this is Father's Day and I place an order for my father. I place & pay for the order, get notified that it has been received and "working on it". Then when it should be around time to deliver, the driver says its not ready and can't give estimate of time (the most genuine response I've gotten). I call Denny's several times before I get someone to give me an update. They're several tickets behind, but should be ready in 30-40min. I call grubhub/ yelp. They can't tell if the order has been picked up, but the driver is in my area. What is that supposed to mean? What service am I getting? Then grubhub/yelp sends me a text message hours after the order should've been delivered to say that they've cancelled the order and my refund should be returned within 5 days. Really? I do not recommend this place cause it's run by a liar and thief manager. Back in May, I placed a large order online (close to $100) and was told it would be ready in 20 mins. I show up thinking I'd be in and out quickly but when I entered the restaurant it was JAM PACKED. There must've been 40-50 people packed in there like sardines. I didn't know why until the female manager yelled out that there were 10 pages of orders (130 orders) and they were backed up. So I figured it would be a 4-5 hour wait to get my order. Since I had no desire to wait that long in a crowded restaurant during a deadly pandemic, I asked the manager to cancel my order. Instead she walked away and went to supervising the orders. I stood there for about 45 mins before she returned where I again asked her to cancel my order. She wasn't happy but wrote my name and order # down with a yellow marker (really??) and told me to expect a refund in 3-5 days. Her awful attitude notwithstanding, I was so relieved to get out of there. A week passes by and no refund. Another week passes by and still no refund. I contact Denny's and they say they can't do anything cause it's up to the restaurant to issue the refund but they'll contact them for me. Another week passes and no refund. So by this time I realize the thief has no intentions of refunding my money. I contact my CC company and file a dispute. Fortunately, I finally got my money back, 2 months later. No thanks to the lying manager. I placed the order thinking I was helping local businesses during a pandemic but instead nearly got scammed by a thief. With everything going on w/COVID19, I have been missing my Patty Melts @ Denny's. They're "2Go" menu didn't have it but when I called, (I talked 2 Daniel, I think...maybe the Manager), anyways he told me 2 order the burger then call rite after & he would notify the kitchen I wanted a Patty Melt (w/the bread kept separate so it didn't get soggy). Man, I'm here 2 tell u...the Customer Service & Food were AMAZING!! I can't go anywhere b/c of medical conditions so when my husband/children aren't here...I'm so glad 2 know that our neighborhood Dennys is for my cravings!! Denny's was the 1st resturant I've used that made special orders & weren't upset about it. Thank you Daniel/Denny's 4 going over/above during this time!
