Kristen, our waitress was friendly with a genuine smile and real conversation beyond the cordial greeting. The place was very busy but our waitress moved quickly and checked in frequently- she's definitely the reason this review is better than the average. We had the featured items- He-Man burger and skillet. Both meals were average and nothing special. It was typical diner food. The restaurant is in need of a deep clean. The tile grout on the floors were caked with grime. The bathroom was cleaner than the floor in the dining area. I've knocked off a start for this reason. read more

Stopped here on a long trip from VA to PA. Usually really love Denny's but my meal was unfortunately sub par. Got moons over my hammy with hash browns and the hash browns tasted like cardboard. Brought this up to our server, who was great by the way. She was told by the kitchen staff that it's due to them being in a new package before cooking. Seems interesting. Food was really good. I like their double cheeseburgers waitresses have always been very pleasant and very tentative. However, the cleanliness of the place is to say is fair floor is sticky and dirty time for the place to get refreshed inside. Visited today, wait time is long, server was confused and had dirt under his nails. Burgers are extremely greasy. The worst part was there was a hair in my husband's burger which they refused to remove from the bill and only gave 10% off ($7). Manager was at the register and ran away as soon as I went to pay the bill and sent over an unsuspecting waitress to ask how the meal was. Spider in my daughter's water. Bathroom is disgusting. I have no idea how this place is still in business. When you first walk in it smells like the sewer. The staff looks at each like are you gonna wait on this person. You have staff yelling at each other from the back. The food is the only good thing about it that's it. The staff is so rude if I want to go to a rude restaurant I would go to those restaurants that are supposed to be rude like a Karen restaurant. That would be more entertaining. Well first of all at 5 am when you just get off of work and wanna have a quiet breakfast and a cup of coffee we should have to listen to head banging music it's a restaurant. More pleasant music would be nice after being around loud machines all night seriously and the waitress tells us she has no control over the music that it is streamed in. So as for myself I really don't think I will be having a morning breakfast there again the food was good service was good but the music just didn't sit right with me sorry not sorry read more

I don't think I've ever ordered anything but breakfast at Denny's. The servers are always helpful. I don't like mushrooms or nuts. There's never a problem when I ask to leave them off my dish. I know most restaurants will do this. But some places can give you attitude about making a change. Not here. I always get a "No problem," or "We can do that for you." If I could give a Negative number for hygiene - I would. The environment is right there with negative digits. The restaurant was insanely loud & it wasn't the patrons. The staff screams at each other - yells orders - mistakes & slams dishes. Cooks with long acrylic nails & no gloves. None of the kitchen staff had gloves, hairnets or sneeze guards. I have always enjoyed going to this location. Unfortunately the last 2 times we have gone have been a big disappointment. The last time we went we waited over an hour for food while people who came in 15 to 20 minutes after us were done with their meals and leaving. We left without our meals and all our server said was oh should I get the manager... tried to give it another shot tonight as my 2 year old really wanted pancakes... sat for over 10 minutes with no one coming to even greet us. They had 1 server on and the manager was trying to make up for it, but failing. Until they are properly staffed we will not be returning. read more

The wait staff is amazingly friendly. The food is always good. My only issue is the district Manager was there on 1 occasion and refused to substitute broccoli for fries. In my opinion, it was such a small thing to make a customer happy and for someone in a higher position could have made a customer happy. read more

Short on staff, skipping our order, we had be here of waitin for hour... not the best choice for Christmas ordering

We walked in and there were two tables Of people. We waited an hour to have our drink order taken. Another hour to have our food Order taken. After two and a half hours, the food was ready but I told them I wasn't going to pay for food that I waited two and a half hours for, so they took the food away instead of offering if for free like they should have! Didn't even offer a discount. Instead they charged me $2.75 for my orange juice. The cook walked out afterwards because the manager wouldn't stop harassing him. The same way he was to the waitress. Oh and I forgot to mention that a couple who came in after us actually got their food before our order was even taken. i work in retail and always go above and beyond. This was unbelievable. Well unhappy with this dennys. 6 of us went in, we were told we had to use back to back booths ! Come on we came as a group.. finally after a 15 minute wait enough people left we had two tables they slid together. We got our drinks and had a wait to order food.
