I rarely write reviews for businesses other than restaurants. However, I'm so impressed with DENT All Stars that I'm willing to break that norm. I had the grave misfortune of parking my car under an oak tree that was in the process of shedding its acorns. My car received ~200 dents from acorn damage. I called DENT All Stars and they guided me through the process of filing an insurance claim. When I went to drop off my car with DENT All Stars, they even gave me a ride to the Metro station. They also gave me a guaranteed date of when the work would be finished. Unfortunately, they were one day late, but they did offer to pay for a rental car (which I declined). In the end, they gave me a $250 discount off my $500 deductible. As for the repair, I am very happy with the results. Of the ~200 dents, they only missed one - and they assured me that I could bring the car back in anytime to have it removed. Furthermore, they even removed dents unrelated to the acorn damage free of charge. Not only does DENT All Stars employ professionals who know how to remove dents, but their customer service is top notch. This is a Mom and Pop type of shop. Do not follow the directions on the Yelp account. Will lead you to an isolated location where the business does not reside. I recommend you calling their phone line and set up an appointment there. Their lead technician will drive to your location for repairs. However, if damages are extensive, they will have you meet at their shop in Rockville. The phone number included in the Yelp page is Evan. He is the lead technician. I came here to have service done to remove a 4-6 inch dent on a car bumper. I was promised a competitive rate and it was honored. Service took less than 30minutes. Prior to performing the service, Evan walk me through the process of repairing the damage as well as area that should not be of concern. This was helpful as dealerships tend to sell you options that you don't necessarily need. I would recommend giving this place a try. They also take cash and credit card. read more

Evan and the Dent All Stars are fantastic. I needed a repair done quickly for my Honda after a parking lot incident that left it with a 1 square foot, scratched and dented bumper, partially pulled from the clips. Evan came within an hour of my inquiry (on a Saturday!) and was polite and professional. His mobile auto body shop was fully stocked and organized. Most importantly he was honest about expectations and price. The traditional body shop quoted me $800-1000 for the job and I payed a quarter of that for his excellent service. When all was said and done, the car looked great and I am one happy customer. Would highly recommend this service. Bumper popped due to being rear ended..the bumper wasn't falling off, but it was misaligned and was driving me nuts. I called Dent All Stars at 8am and Evan picked up, Made a 10am appointment and my bumper (with some elbow grease) was put back in place by 10:30am. Evan communicated what was being done and I only paid for the service call. He is fantastic. So happy, I know that a auto body shop would have wanted to replace the whole bumper for $1200. BEWARE! This is a one man operation that appears to operate out of several locations. Although advertised as "mobile" I was strongly encouraged to bring my car to an unmarked location to have the hail repair work done. After arriving at the address given, there is no signage for the company and no one from the company was there despite having an appointment time. When I called to find out what was going on, I was told he was dropping off a car and would be there in 10 minutes. Overall bad experience. Found this service online that performs painless dent repairs without having to take the car to a regular body shop which costs $$$. Got a quarter sized dent from a rock on my front hood. Submitted a couple of pictures online and Evan called me the next morning with an estimate. Brought my Tesla into the shop located in Rockville and he fixed the dent and it looks like new. It's not often that one can unexpectedly spend a couple hundred dollars and feel good about it. But Dent All Stars is awesome. Two days earlier, I had walked out to find a new dent and several scratches on the side of my brand new WRX, with no note from the offender (of course). I was furious, and nauseous, and everything else you'd expect. But Evan came out on a Saturday and within an hour, my ride looked so good you'd have to crank your head around from all angles to even catch a hint that something had ever happened in the first place.
