When I was researching auto body shops to have the oxidized paint on my car repaired, I requested quotes from several places. What drew me to Dent and Scratch Pro in Poway wasn't necessarily their cost estimate, but their responsiveness. They took the time to explain what level of work was involved. I was okay in driving the extra distance to Poway even though there were plenty of shops on Miramar closer to my home. Mariela who works at the desk is super friendly and a pleasure to work with. When the car was finished I was notified an hour in advance and since I had trouble getting a ride there, they were kind enough to send an Uber on their dime to pick me up. When I got my car back everything looked amazing however, I noticed later that a piece was misaligned so I texted Mariela back and explained the problem and she told me to stop by anytime to get it fixed. Did just that and they followed through. The quality of work and quality of customer service is absolutely stellar with very reasonable prices and I highly recommend this business! read more

Excellent service! Mariela and the guy who worked on my car (didn't catch his name) were both super kind and honest. Was really easy to communicate with Mariela, she was very responsive and flexible about when I should come in. I came in for my bumper that was falling off and had damage to the tabs and they were able to fix it within an hour of me getting there. They repaired it as if the damage had not even occurred and offered the lowest price compared to other places I spoke to. Some shops even recommended replacing the whole bumper, which would have cost quadruple, if not more, but they were able to fix it by reattaching the bumper. Took my 2003 330 in for new B Panels, top roof molding repaint a new mirror cover. Excellent work. Mariela is the best. Some of the best customer service I have ever been around. When working on the car, they had to lower the back windows and the regulator went bad. Totally not their fault but offered to comp the part as long as I paid the labor. Awesome. So, at the same time I took my Sliver 440 that hand just been hit in a parking lot. Gave up on the dent ding guys that come to your home and had it done here. Absolutely perfect. It didn't take long for me to scrape the edge of my bumper on the curb outside my house. My formerly pristine bumper now had a nasty scrape, about the size of lime, where the paint was removed. A large, black spot on my white bumper that became the first thing I noticed every time I walked out to my car. I lived with it for several months as I debated spending the money to have it fixed. Next came a small but noticeable scratch and dent smack dab in the middle of the same bumper. My beautiful car officially had a janky bumper that I could no longer ignore. I came onto Yelp and searched for "bumper repair." I found Bumper Remedy, sent photos of the damage via text message and quickly received a quote. The cost was right in the ballpark of what I expected. But what convinced me to go with Bumper Remedy were the great reviews on here and the fact that they would come out and do the work while I was in my office at no extra cost. I eventually spoke with Will and scheduled a time for him to come out. Will arrived in the time frame provided and had the work done within an hour. He explained the curing time and that he would be back in about a week to put the finishing touches on and smooth out the bumper that had just a bit of drip from the clear coat he applied. True to his word, one week later, Will was at my office and within a short time, had the bumper looking as good as new. This return trip and touch-up work didn't cost anything. I'm extra careful now when I park and it feels good to walk outside and not see those awful scrapes. Hopefully, I can keep my bumpers looking like new but when the inevitable scratches and scrapes happen again, I'll definitely be using Bumper Remedy.
