I recently bought a new car, and during inspection of it,I noticed it had a small ding/crease in the passengers side door near the mirror. Although I thought I could possibly live with it, I realized when I drove around in my mind it had a big ol neon sign around it saying "Hey look here!" So, on to Yelp I go in search of Paint-Less Dent Removal. I did a lot of research and called quite a few places in search of a quote. Although I got quite a few quotes, Dent Authority was the only company that continue to stay in contact with me, and answered my calls or texts in a reasonable amount of time. Honestly some did not even reply after the first contact with them. Soon enough Dean contacted me and we exchanged texts back and forth, I had a few questions, and he always was quick to respond. We set up and appointment for him to come out, and he was extremely flexible with me and my schedule. He showed up right on time and explained what he was going to do. He got to work on my car, and within no time, maybe 45-50 minutes or so, I walked outside to check on everything, and he was all done. I walked over to check out his work, and sure enough, I could not even find where the dent ever was. My dent was almost like a crease and yes, he did in fact get it about 99% out. I was not expecting it to be that great, and surprised and excited I was. I cannot begin to tell you what an awesome job Dean did, as well as being a very trustworthy, professional and simply just a nice guy. I picked up a couple of dents in the hood of my Jeep (my fault) and wanted them gone. I had used Todd with Dent Authority a number of years ago and was very happy, so I called to talk with Todd. While I can't speak to the work performed, I can speak to the character and ethics of Todd, the owner. I talked to him about a dent in my car. He was totally honest about it and said the dent wasn't able to be easily fixed given the location on the car. I walked out to my car on Jan 18, 2019 to a dent and paint on my rear, drivers side door. I knew my neighbor did it with his door, but, he said/she said would have happened.
