Can't recommend 911 Windshield Repair enough. They repaired a few windshields for me in the past and were tremendous. Today called them out for yet another nick in the windshields of 2 cars (damn LA freeways). JD arrived on time and had some very good news for me...I didn't need to repair the nicks. They had no cracks in them and were just small chips that thousands of windshields get from daily driving. Saved me some $$. This was such an easy painless experience. Honestly, I will only use this company going forward. All I did was fill out the quote form online (from my phone while in the parking lot of soccer practice). Called in to request a quote for a sunroof and, despite the individual picking up, was met with a mood like I was bothering them. They told me to send the year make model and vin to which I happily complied. Asked if there was a range in cost and their only concern was how much my insurance deductible was. Asked when I could expect a quote and was told less than an hour. This was at 8 AM. By 330 PM I texted them and told them I would be doing what I'm doing right now and was met with accusations that I'm being ruthless about their business despite how cavalier they seemed to be through this entire interaction and requested that I send them the info I sent them at 8AM allover again. Were they really doing anything? I dont usually write yelp reviews but I received such rude pushback for THEIR mistake that I feel that this needs to be out there. I was able to get everything handled via multiple other parties (multiple quotes; some that required me to drive) that actually seemed to appreciate my business and once I interacted with them again they wanted me to start the process all over again. read more

My 4runner had 3 chips that had work done. The experience was professional, to the point, and efficient. After the job, I had difficulty trying to find the locations of the chips from the outside. I was satisfied with the job that I asked for another job on my S2000. He came back and noted that he doesn't recommend the job for this vehicle because of some other issues that I did not know about beforehand; which points to his honest character.
