I touched on a lot of areas in my original review of Dent Biz but know two things - 1) removing dents is an Art. It's not replacing spark plugs. Amazing service at a reasonable price and great quality. My car is my baby, and when a shopping cart was blown across a parking lot and slammed into my door denting it, I was devastated. I got estimates from a few places, and this was the best. They clearly knew what they were doing from the first time they looked at the car, even finding a tiny spot on my hood that had PDR done (poorly) in the past somewhere. The day I called asking when they could work on the car I was able to both take it in and get it back. This door looks brand new and no one would ever know it were dented had I not taken photos. I was referred here by a friend who also had a 5 star experience. Brad and Trace run this business in a garage in the back of an industrial park. I arrived at 9 and was out in under 2 hours as promised. Trace fixed a whole lot of dings that my SUV had accumulated over 6 years. Trace has been doing this for over 20 years and is an expert IMHO. I saw some of their other work - they specialize in hail damage - you honestly can't tell that there was ever any damage! Talking with Brad while they worked, he dispelled the myths that I thought about how heat or cold could take dents out. The method they use is to come behind the dent and "pop" it back out. It is delicate work and requires special tools. When they can't get behind the debt, they will drill a small hole near the debt in a pace you can't see. They then plug the hole just like the manufacturers do. I've never had a "Dent Doctor" before, but now that I know these guys I won't live for years with dents anymore. read more

Trace and Brad are amazing. I didn't have my rental coverage on this car. They provided me with a rental anyway and out of theirs pocket! They also deal with my insurance directly and I didn't have to do anything. Anyway, Mike and Brad fixed my Shelby GT500 to a brand new condition. They will not butcher your car or leave any internal damage to the panel. They will even clean up any damage that was previously PDR by an unprofessional technician.
