These guys are the real deal. Some asshole at Costco hit and run my Mercedes before I had a chance to even make my first car payment. I watched in horror as the guy just drove off without even a Sorry! I called Dent Dogs up and Chad answered. Literally set up my appointment at the convenience of my home within two hours. Juan, their technician showed up and was doubtful whether he could do a perfect job since the dent was in a tough spot where the structure of the car was welded to the frame. I asked him to go to work and boy did he deliver! Watching him straighten out that dent was like watching a perfectionist painter at work on a masterpiece. It took him about 20 minutes and he left it like there was no dent there in the first place. My fiance told me about Dent Dogs after he researched a place that could remove my dents from my truck. I read nothing but positive reviews and decided to give them a call. Spoke with the owner Chad who was so nice and told me to send some pictures for a quote. After sending my pictures, he already tasked Terry for the job. They were able to service me the same day and worked on my truck that evening which was so convenient! My dent was larger than they normally work on and he was honest in not being sure of whether or not he could get it out. But a miracle happened and the dents were out of my truck completely! Great job Dent Dogs! Made a call and got a quick call back from Chad who scheduled a 7a appt at my home in Sugar Land for the next day. Terry came out and explained how much could be totally removed and what might be left. He had to drill an access hole to reach the spot but they leave a very factory looking plug in it afterward. The tough spot to repair took over 2 1/2 hours instead of the 1 1/2 expected but they stuck to their very reasonable $160 price for my damage. First off, shout out to Terry!! You Rock!!! Had a dent across the seam line of my truck. Got estimates from dealership and body shop of $740 and $644, respectively. Called Dent Dogs, the next day, Terry came to my house after work and fixed the dent in about an hour. Aside from a couple of scratches, you absolutely cannot tell where the dent was. Amazing! Stupid me. I knocked something off a shelf in my garage and put a 2.5" dent in the upper curve of the rear fender on my BMW. Just when I thought there was no hope, Dent Dogs came to the rescue! I contacted Chad to see if it was even possible to repair the two dings on my passenger side drivers door. I sent him pictures, and he followed up with me to tell me that the dings were indeed repairable, the bonus was that he had time to fix it the same day. He set everything up on his end, I set everything up on mine, and he sent Juan to my place of employment to repair the car in the parking lot! Juan contacted me once he arrived, I met him outside, gave him the keys, went back in my office, and he was finished within thirty minutes. The car looked amazing and flawless when he was finished, I was beyond impressed with his professionalism and timeliness. I would recommend this business to anyone who is in need of door dent/ding repairs, they are phenomenal. Although my insurance covers repairs such as these, the quote I was given seemed quite reasonable.
