They responded fast and communicated with me on pricing. I had spilled a orange carrot LARGE juice on the floor of my car and it was mid drive. This stuff was soaking the floor of my car. The car smelt sour all week and I was so lucky to find DGO Mobile Auto Detailing because they were awesome. They came to my office which was amazing, we have a parking lot where the detail could be done. I also have a dog so they got 95% of the dog hair out. You would probably need to tear out the seats and you still would not get it all out. It was nice to have a car with no dog hair for a while though. They also detailed every other nook of the car making it spotless. The team completed it in 2 hours. I never smelled the orange carrot after. I just text them now to set up my next appointment and will have a clean car again very soon.

A little over two weeks ago my car was rear ended. I chose a body shop near my home, but after reading the reviews I declined their services. As a result, it took a few days for my insurance company to approve Upland Collision Craft who is certified through my insurance. I was anxious while I waited because both sides of my rear bumper were hanging off, so I went anyway without approval and spoke to Ralph who was super friendly. So much so, he had his staff reconnect my damaged bumper at no cost to me. He also did so believing I would return when I received approval. The reality is, after my bumper was reattached, it really was good to drive, I didn't have any major dents even though it was damaged. He still provided a service trusting I may or may not return. I did return, and picked up my car today and it looks like new! I had additional services outside of my insurance claim. The detailed attention given to buffing the scratches out of my black car inside and out is awesome, and they replaced my windshield that had at least seven small dents from rocks was reasonably priced. Saved me time from doing it later. Bottom line, good old fashioned customer service is a rarity these days and I appreciate Ralph and his team at Upland Collision Craft and would recommend anyone who needs body work or a good cleaning, waxing, buffing or anything else car related to go to them! read more

Upland Collision Craft is by far the best body shop I've ever been to. With 25 years of driving experience, I recommend UCC for all of your body shop and car care needs. Drop off was a breeze. I let them know I was on my way and they took care of me as soon as I arrived. Everyone at the shop was highly professional and answered all of my questions. Not only did they keep me up to date, letting me know what parts were needed and when they'd be in, they also corresponded with my insurance company (Mercury) in an effective manner, so I always knew what was going on between UCC and my insurance company. Picking up my car was also a breeze. Ralph Lugo had all my paperwork ready- with no wait time. The work they did on the car was exceptional; and it actually looked better than it did when I first bought the car from the Kia dealership in 2017. They even touched up the scuffed marks on the passenger door side with paint even though they were only required to fix the bumper. Again, UCC provided timely customer service and outstanding craftsmanship. It's such a great experience when companies do what they say they're going to do, and do it right, which is a rare find these days. Thank You Ralph! read more

The customer service at this business and the communication between the shop and the client, specially by Ralph Lugo is great. I got my car fixed here when one of the Burrtec drivers damaged my front bumper and damaged a few other things. They took care of me and my car as if it was there own which says a lot. They picked me up at my house to go see my car then took me to the rental place to rent a car and got me the best one there. Im extremely satisfied with the people and work here. Great Job to Collision Craft for the business they have built. I even had a few concerning issues after i got my car back and they were 100% open to checking it out again and tryna fix what i was concerned about. Immediate customer service- as soon as you walk through the door you are greeted and your car issues are addressed. You are reassured that you are in the best place because you are explained the process and encouraged to ask the questions that are important to you. Everything is written down before an agreement is made - so it's all laid out and clear- no games- no bait and switch! The best part is that they will find whatever they can do to save you money- for me it was using my car until my part was in and painted and ready to be put on. I came to Upland Collision Craft to help me repaint a 24 year old car. As you might expect the original paint had many chips, scratches and discolorations. There were some dents and missing or loose trim. This was going to be a pretty tall order to get it right. Communication from the management team was excellent throughout the process. I received regular emails with pictures showing the current status of the work in progress I just took receipt of the car yesterday and could not be happier. This shop is one of the best I have experienced. They kept me posted on the repairs, parts timing and advanced notice on when the car should be ready for pickup. They sent me pictures of the old parts that were being replaced which helped me understand visually the state of the repairs without being there in person. They treated my car as if it was theirs which truly put me at ease throughout the process. I could not have been happier and more satisfied than I was when the work was completed. I recently was in m first car accident. I at first was going to go to the recommended shop of my insurance company, but my boss gave me Ralph's info and I definitely made the right choice. He was very professional and efficient. He handled everything with my insurance including setting up and returning the rental vehicle. Also when I got my car back he had it detailed it inside and out and it sparkled like a gem, I have 3 children so I know he put in work. We originally brought in my mom's vehicle 2013 Hyundai Elantra to see what issues it was having…read moresince it broke down while on the freeway. While we kinda knew it would not be worth the repair, my sister was able to give our mom the 2017 Chevy Volt. So we brought that in to be checked for oil change and any other issues while finding out the issue of Hyundai. We end up finding out the Hyundai was not worth the repair because it would've cost over the car value and they found out the motor issue was passed the warranty through the dealer. Also, they recommended us to use Pick Your Part to be sold to which went smoothly and quickly. That was awesome! We were able transfer all items from Hyundai to Chevy. We found out the Chevy was in great condition and gave us a detail report of it. They did an excellent job taking care of us and went above and beyond. I truly recommend this business to all my friends and family. Everyone in my household now comes here.
