I just want to give a shout out to Ralph and his whole team! I was hit by a delivery truck and when I went through my insurance they gave me a choice of where to take my car I chose Upland Collision Craft because they had the best reviews and their work looked pristine. I made my appointment for my consultation and Ralph was there to great me and look over my car. Sure he could have taken my car right then and there but he didn't instead he recommended that since my car was still drive-able that I keep it until the parts came to cut down on my rental car cost once the parts were in we set up an appointment to drop off my car and true to his word he kept me up to date even emailed me pictures after they took off the damaged parts of my car. My car did take a little longer than expected because of rain and some other damage that was discovered and parts having to be ordered but Ralph apologized (it wasn't his fault) which he didn't have too but I appreciated it. I made my appointment a week ahead of time and showed up 15 minutes early. The door was locked, and someone came out to help me letting me know they would be with me shortly.
