Ouch, Twice Having discovered Dentmasters of Arlington earlier this year, it was only natural that when a bollard didn't get out of the way of the Tahoe's rear bumper, I'd call them again. Not only was the repair reasonably priced, it was a great job - better than original. Not used to quick turnaround for this type of repair, but, it took less than 90 minutes for Richard's expert work to be completed. I had a good experience working with Dentmasters in Arlington and Richard in particular. He was very responsive to my needs and did great work. The only tough part was the allotted hours for scheduling (8am-4pm). I basically had to leave or take off work in order to get my repair done, which wasn't the most convenient for the price I was paying. Just came back from Dentmasters for the second time so this review is well overdue! 1 year ago: Richard worked his magic on my 2 week old 2016 Challenger. It still had the temporary tags on it! And someone in my work parking lot tagged it with their car door. Richard fixed the dent flawlessly. I was almost able to forget about that trauma- that is, until I came out to my car and find the SAME dent on the opposite side a few months ago. i had a new (to me - 3 years old in mint condition) Mini Cooper and a week after I got it a rock or something flew up off the beltway and put a wicked dent/scratch in my hood (and glanced off my windshield as well). I had a fist-sized dent with cracked paint in my hood that Rich almost completely fixed in about an hour. I honestly don't know what a normal body shop would have charged for that fix, but his price seemed reasonable. He was upfront about what he would fix and what he wouldn't, and even suggested I go to a full body shop if I wanted to fix the paint, which I didn't. The hood depression wasn't completely fixed 100%, but it was close. And after reading on several sites, I get the impression that the hood is rather difficult to get perfect once its bent. You really have to look to see the imperfection now though, whereas it was easily noticeable before. He applied clear coat over the paint crack to prevent rust. He operates in the Mercedes dealership service center, so I had the nice customer lounge to wait and work in while he worked. He quoted about 90 minutes, but it ended up being closer to an hour. read more

The dent on my car was complex and non one wanted to do it. Richard did the work as he advertised perfectly. There are still a couple of scratches left where the metal bent due to impact, but he told me ahead it was going to be like this. Simple and painless! That's exactly how Richard made getting the door ding out of my brand new Lexus NX. My car got a minor but noticeable door ding just days after I drove it off the lot, but Richard took care of it. Simply....WOW! So, I come out of a store to my car one day and there is this huge 2 inch dent/crease in my rear passenger door. Someone really hit it HARD! Could not be more satisfied with the work done by Dentmasters Arlington. Richard exceeded my expectations. Not only can you not see any signs of a dent, you cannot feel that there was ever a dent. I thought they were going to use big machines to suck the dent out. However, this is a craft - using tools and techniques to remove the dent. Its called PDR or Paintless Dent Removal and there is a certification for it. With that said, this craft takes a lot of skill. You will want to go to someone with experience.
