I dropped a bike rack onto my door, from my roof, while mounting it. . . It left a small ding (or 3). I was able to make an appointment the next day, and Dent Hero/Richard was able to get the dings out without issue. Looks as good as it did before. The usual 3 choices to choose from are: -Quality -Speed -Cost And the rule of thumb is you only get to pick two! Some places do great work quickly, but cost an arm and a leg. Others may no do great work, but are affordable and quick. Rarely do you get to find somewhere that provides all three. That being said, Richard at Dentmasters was amazing to work with and easily provided excellent service, at a reasonable cost in a timely manner. He reached out to me in moments after I posted a request for a quote on Yelp, and even before scheduling a friend I had mentioned my dent too also recommended Richard. On the day of service, Richard noted my car was too low to go into the bay and made accommodations to make sure my car was serviced and I was done in just over an hour. This guy is a magician and a gentleman. A wet-vac accessory dropped onto the trunk of my car and made a dent that I had to endure for a couple of weeks. Well fall brings acorns and sharp fall temperature drops bring tree shaking winds. What does that get you? Acorns raining dents from above! I'm pretty religious about avoiding parking under trees after an acorn rain a few years back, but got caught at a stop light on Halloween where a tree decided to drop a nice sized acorn just as was turning to my wife to say I hoped we got out from under before anything fell off the wind whipped tree. Despite my best efforts over the years to always park far and away from other cars, dings (some deep and others shallow, some sharp and others subtle) which had accumulated over 5+ years are completely gone. Now, there's not a trace of any ripples, bumps, or dents on any surface. Of the various dings, there were 2 of major concern...one on the driver side-door (ridiculously sharp and deep) and another seemingly in-accessible ding on the rear passenger side panel (quite a challenge to access from the inside, given the various structural elements unique to the convertible body style). A dead tree limb fell on my car while I was driving, couldn't avoid it. The debts weren't big or even that visible, but I knew they were there and wanted them fixed. I texted pics and got a response within 15 minutes. It was reasonably priced and he could even gotten me in the next day, but I couldn't make it. I used the online reservation system and it worked great - got texts confirming the appointment and instructions on where to go, since he works out of the Mercedes dealership. On the day of the appointment, Richard checked the hood and found another tiny dent I hadn't noticed (three in total). He had it done in just over an hour and it looks great! The price was slightly under what he had quoted (paid $225 for the dents; they were pretty minor). And there was a nice touch of a bottle of hand sanitizer, a pen and a business card inside. 5 stars for honesty and time The end of my car's lease is coming up and I had the usual car inspection. The person doing my inspection cited a $244 repair for a dent that is hardly visible in pictures. I sent pictures to the Dent Hero phone number and received an immediate answer. Richard couldn't see the dent in the pictures or video I eventually sent, and he told me up front that he has a $150 minimum that he did not think that dent was close to. I told him about the $244 estimate I received and we set up an appointment for me to bring him my car--I'd rather pay $150 than $244! I saw Richard today and he told me the same thing--that the dent didn't look like $150, let alone $244. However, Richard wasn't sure if his repair would suit Nissan considering how picky they were being; how do you fully pop out a dent that is barely visible in the first place? We decided it wasn't worth me paying $150 to likely be charged by the dealership anyway, so I left without getting my car's dent repaired. So Richard did not repair the dent and I cannot attest to those skills, but he was certainly honest with me. So for his time and honesty alone, a 5 star review was warranted. He easily could have charged me $150 to inevitably be charged by Nissan anyway, but he didn't. I apologized for wasting his time (sorry again!) and he of course told me not to worry about it. Getting a quote and response with Richard at Dentmasters Arlington was very seamless and professional. I reached out to him on Yelp, got a response within a few hours, and scheduled a time to get an estimate. On the day of my scheduled visit, I ended up getting there 45 minutes early.
