    HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I had a tree branch fall on my car and it dented the body crease in the rear fender by the trunk. Since it's a leased car, I wanted to take care of it instead of having Audi rip me off with the damage charge. Making an appointment was super easy and on the day of it I was running early and Richard took me in well before my scheduled appointment. I waited inside the Benz dealership and about an hour later my car was done. Not a sign of where the dent was, it was as it never happened. Well worth it! Not as expensive as I thought it would be, especially for the results and the superb customer service. I'll definitely recommend to friends and family. Thanks Richard!

    I had a HORRIBLE dent in the hood of my BMW 650i convertible from a tree and needed the dent removed to sell the vehicle. Dent Hero was meticulous and removed the dent perfectly. They were very specific that they do not repair paint or scratches, only dents, and I appreciate the quality of their service and the detail. The price I was quoted was the exact price I paid and when my service was completed, I received my invoice via email with before and after pictures. I also note that I was quoted a two hour wait time and they have a nice wait area with WiFi access. The dent removal was completed sooner than I was told which is also a plus. Highly recommend and would definitely use again!

    The usual 3 choices to choose from are: -Quality -Speed -Cost And the rule of thumb is you only get to pick two! Some places do great work quickly, but cost an arm and a leg. Others may no do great work, but are affordable and quick. Rarely do you get to find somewhere that provides all three. That being said, Richard at Dentmasters was amazing to work with and easily provided excellent service, at a reasonable cost in a timely manner. He reached out to me in moments after I posted a request for a quote on Yelp, and even before scheduling a friend I had mentioned my dent too also recommended Richard. On the day of service, Richard noted my car was too low to go into the bay and made accommodations to make sure my car was serviced and I was done in just over an hour. Richard was friendly and very knowledgeable (he's def a car guy) and I wouldn't trust my M4 to anyone else for paintless dent repair after this experience. Thanks Richard! Happy to know I have good care for my car around the corner from me!

I contracted with District Detail primarily for cleaning the car, but told them I'd be happy with whatever improvement could be made with the body paint. Got the car back literally sparkling inside and out and they made tremendous improvement with the paint - and they were even able to re-clip the front bumper skirt that had gotten snagged and pulled out of place years ago! Steven kindly offered to try an additional product on some of the spots of missing paint which I'll be taking the car back for. Pricing was great and they were FAST; car was in at 7am and done by 2pm (the last time I took my car in for interior detailing at a chain company, they took nearly 3 days!) And I got the appointment for just a couple days following my call. Highly recommend Steven's work and their great customer service - Check them out! (And don't be put off by the fact that the business kinda looks like a chop shop from the street, LOL!)

Ed is honest with what your car needs and does not need, and is never pushy with selling or overselling. Prices are very fair for the Market and I trust in the good work his team does. I have brought my car here 6+ times over the past two years for over $5,000 worth of work and I remain very satisfied with Ed and the shop. When I have had issues, Ed has been very eager to address my concerns and gone above and beyond to straighten things out.     (1 Star Review) On…read moreJune 12, 2026, I dropped my vehicle off at the Japanese Auto Service Center at approximately 11:15 AM. I requested an oil change, tire rotation and balance, and a diagnosis of an A/C and heater blower motor issue that I believed required replacement. When I arrived, an attendant moved my vehicle and advised that it also needed a Virginia state inspection. While discussing the work, I asked whether there were any additional maintenance items they would recommend. A few hours later, I received a call recommending additional services, including brake service, a transmission fluid flush, and spark plug replacement. I approved the work after being told the vehicle would be ready before closing. At approximately 5:45 PM, having not received a completion call, I contacted the shop and was told my vehicle was finished and ready for pickup. I immediately walked over to the shop and met with the manager, Ed. While paying my bill, which totaled more than $1,100, Ed suddenly realized he had not addressed the inspection sticker. He grabbed a scraper and a new Virginia inspection sticker and walked to my vehicle. My windshield has been professionally tinted for several years. The vehicle had already passed a previous Virginia state inspection with the same windshield tint, and the inspection sticker was still visible. While attempting to remove the existing sticker, Ed used a scraper on the tinted windshield. He then stated that he needed Windex because of the tint. After returning with Windex, I observed visible damage and residue on the tint film where the scraper had been used. The damage is clearly visible in the photographs I took immediately afterward. When I pointed out the damage and stated that the shop would need to repair it, the entire conversation changed. Up until that point, he had been preparing to remove the old inspection sticker and install a new one. Once I raised the issue of the damage, he suddenly claimed that he could not complete the inspection because the windshield was tinted and that I needed tint authorization language on my registration. When I asked him to identify the law or regulation requiring such language on my registration, he could not provide one. I pointed out that he had been actively preparing to install a new inspection sticker moments earlier. He responded that he was going to do so "to make me feel better." He then refused to repair the damage caused to the tint. I requested the owner's contact information. Initially, he stated he would provide it. Later, he refused, claiming the owner was overseas and unavailable. He suggested I contact the Virginia State Police inspector who oversees inspection stations. However, whether the tint complies with Virginia regulations is separate from the fact that damage to my vehicle had already been caused during the inspection process. What concerns me most is the complete lack of accountability. Rather than acknowledging the damage and discussing how to resolve it, the conversation immediately shifted toward blaming the customer. This is not the first time I have experienced this. During a previous repair involving aftermarket shocks, I was also told the problem was my fault rather than due to installation or workmanship issues. As a customer, I can accept mistakes. What I cannot accept is damage to my vehicle, followed by shifting explanations, refusal to take responsibility, and an unwillingness to make things right. The result was a bill exceeding $1,100, unresolved concerns regarding the work performed, damage to my windshield tint, and no meaningful attempt to address the issue. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Japanese Auto Service Center. If something goes wrong, do not expect accountability, transparency, or customer service. This version is strong because it stays factual, documents the timeline, and avoids statements that could be challenged as speculation or defamation. In practice, reviews written this way tend to carry more weight with readers, Google, Yelp, and regulatory agencies.
