Jerry at Dent Masters definitely lives up to his company name! He is truly a master at what he does and very efficient at it. I recently bought a CPO BMW 430i convertible and it had 4 small door dings (only noticeable in certain lighting/angles, but enough for me to wanna get rid of them) on the rear passenger panel, and he was able to get them out for a great price in half an hour tops. Maybe less if I wasn't standing there trying to have a conversation with him haha. Super friendly guy! I also learned something new from him today - certified preowned vehicles are not supposed to have dents and scratches. Jerry has repaired 2 of my vehicles and both of the results were AMAZING. One last year had a dent in the passenger door. The repair shop had estimated it would cost $1,200 and couldn't guarantee that everything would match up. I was amazed on how I couldn't even tell there was any damage there and the cost was a fraction of what the repair shop quoted. The 2nd he fixed today. It'll be 4mos. tomorrow I took delivery of my new car. You expect door dings after a while, but not this fast! What made it worse was it was smack on the bone line of the car. Got to love it! My wife's new Subaru had only 1,600 miles when we left Iowa to winter in Rancho Mirage (I retired 1/1/24). Heartbroken on Monday to find a golf ball sized dent in passenger door. For $200, he removed a dent which he restored to 99.5-100% even though he conservatively thought it would only be 90-95% restored before he started the job. On top of that, without charging me, he buffed out extraneous paint from my attempted touch-up of a small scratch on a door, making the blemish barely visible... and he even fixed the latches of two gates on my house while he patiently waited for me to get my online payment system in order. I put a dent in my vehicle's front fender. After calling calling several body shops, telling me they couldn't look at it for a week, I called dent masters and talked to the owner Jerry. After talking to Jerry I took a photo of the damage and sent it to him. He responded immediately, told me how much he would charge me and said he could do it two days later. I approved his quotation and two days later exactly at the time he said he would show up he arrived. Without using any filler and paint, using his specialty tools. He reshaped the dented fender back to its original shape. He then buffed out the dull paint and the car looked like new.
