It's a late starting time on my 1st and 2nd appointment. 1st appointment was delayed for one hour as an emergency root canal took my doc away from me. Finally sitting in the chair after my 2pm appointment began at 2:30. Only dental assistant was taking impression and X-ray. Waiting on the deep cleaning I came for. Not sure if this review will help them be more mindful of appointments staying on time. My final appointment was supposed to start at 12:30 I wasn't sitting in the chair until just after one.. and then the doctor came in at 1:30 and I was leaving at 2 PM. Everything is done. New crown fitted. Dr. Sara's is patient and great but, don't expect to have your appointment start on time with this place. Bring a book or a podcast to listen to. Or don't schedule your appointment around lunchtime noon 1230 to one. That's when people are taking their lunch breaks. read more

Bunch of incompetent people. You have an appt at 10am, they don't call you regarding delays for denture or insurance approval. Once you get there, they say, sorry appt has been cancelled, we called you! They never call you, bunch of lazy front desk people! Had first time appt, I got insurance approval docs, but the docs office didn't get it yet. Instead of calling me ahead of time hey don't come today since we haven't got any approval from insurance, but waited for me to drive there, and wait 20 mins then someone waived at me from front desk, hey sorry we will cancel it since we haven't got any words yet from insurance. I asked the front desk, if you didn't have the approval, why you didn't call me a day before to save me a trip?? oh sorry....Or you get lucky you get inside after 5 mins being there, then 40 mins later the doctor will come at your spot. AVOID!! I had an appointment but waited an hour in the waiting room. Waited another hour in the chair. Finally I see the doc. He seems alright but he's the only one there and he's running from patient to patient in this open area. Im told I need a root canal which is a relief compared to extraction. He then runs off to another waiting patient. His tech wanted to book the appointment and I agreed. We had some confusion over the doctor's schedule and the tech was very rude about it. I go to check out and pay my co pay. They give me no paperwork or receipt. So 2 hours for an X-ray and a quick look. Later I get a letter from my insurance with an itemized list of the charges. They claimed they gave me a sedative. $50. What? Nope. Never had a sedative for the X-ray. I canceled my next appointment and went somewhere much nicer. read more

Came in here 8 months ago to get fillings and have been coming ever since. I am a patient of Dr. Rahul Jadhav. I wont hide the fact that the front desk staff are terrible and should get -1 stars. Most of the time they do not know what they are doing or totally ignore you. 99% of the time that I have received prescriptions from the Dr there they have forgotten to give me my prescriptions. The waiting room is great; it has lots of seats, a flatscreen TV and games for the kids. Not all dentists working here are good. Dr Rahul Jadhav and Dr Mirza are the best they both care about the patient and will frequently ask if you are doing ok and if you are comfortable. They also explain procedures beforehand and only do necessary dental work and don't pressure you into any unnecessary procedures. The rest are either insurance milkers or don't care about the patient. The procedure rooms are modern and comfortable; There is a flat screen TV in each room for the patient to watch any channel they please during their dental procedure. Summary: The Office is super modern, the front desk staff is horrible, the 2 dentists are very good while the rest are insurance milkers. read more

The cavity was huge and he took care of it smoothly and with excellence. Dr Syed Rehman was Amazing in removing my deep huge cavity i had last saturday. he did an excellent job in removing it with care and gentleness. i highly recommend this place to all very nice people and great dental consulting advice's. What is going on here? I found this location in Yelp and it happened to be in our network for insurance. My husband went the first day by himself he was having swelling around his wisdom teeth(I go to a different dental office in Addison). I have no idea what his first experience was like, but had I been there and it was anything like the last, we wouldn't have gone back. Thanks for your time, we'll take it from here. Anyway, he's a creature of habit and so he made more appointments for his wisdom teeth extractions and fillings. We returned about a week later and walked in and it was already busy at 11AM on a Saturday. We checked in, the receptionist told us to have a seat. I looked around and thought to myself "where?" There were people everywhere. ENTIRE FAMILIES. I'm sorry but unless everyone is getting a check-up, why must you bring your 2-5 kids and spouse to an appointment? I only came because I would have to drive my husband home after. Wish I would've stayed home. Back to the point: strike one, no where to sit. (Also there was construction shit everywhere and no signs expressing "sorry for the inconvenience, yada yada") Strike 2: once we got seats, we sat and waited for over 35 minutes past our appointment time. After 20 minutes I went and asked what was going on, the receptionist expressed they were busy. DO APPOINTMENTS MEAN NOTHING? Strike 3: they didn't do the procedure in a closed quarter. It was like a half room with no doors. People just walking by, SPECTATING. This was not something I was used to. No privacy. Strike 4: lack of communication between the team. Everyone all over the place. One tech took us back to the room, another came to help the dentist. Another trying to get my husband to sign the same forms my husband already signed with the first tech. Thankfully I was paying attention (I'm in healthcare) and caught everything. Upon leaving I expressed my husband was suppose to have 3 prescriptions and the receptionist didn't believe me and said "that was all the doctor sent" so I told her to go ask, because yet again I was right. During that debate I forgot we also were suppose to get written care instructions. Strike 5: before the receptionist debacle above, once the dentist was done, another tech came and said: you can leave. And basically pushed us out. When we were driving home, I asked my husband if the stitches were dissolvable. I didn't hear them say anything about returning to have them removed. He didn't either. 3 days later they call to say he needs to have them removed. He works a full time job, I'm a full time student in the wake of finals, we don't have time to be moving our schedules around. WHERE IS THE PLANNING. Strike 6: the dentist didn't give anything but stuff to numb the site. So my husband left in pain and then we had to wait for almost an hour to get his pain medications while he sat in pain trying to bear it. We made another appointment for the other two wisdom teeth (she refused to do all 4, for some reason). I honestly might call my dentist and talk to them. Before I experienced this, I thought if this office is nice, maybe I'll transfer so we can go to the same place. But now I'm thinking (in the words of Fat Amy) "mmm Betta not." read more

I had a wisdom tooth pulled on Friday 3/30/23. I called the office on Saturday morning because I was having the most excruciating pain I had never experienced. The ibuprofen was not working. The receptionist told me that she would reach out to the doctor and call me back with whatever the doctor suggested. We I never received a call. So today I reach back out to the office and I was told that the doctor never responded to the email. So I asked what was the protocol for a situations like this? I didn't get an answer to the question. I asked to speak to the office manager and I was told she was out of the office, and I could call back. She didn't say she would have someone give me a call. I'm the patient thats in pain. So I said thats OK, maybe I will not come there again and her response was , OK and hung up. This is so Inappropriate and unprofessional. And this is not the 1st time. This happened back in December when my son was at a school. He had a toothache tin before that I had taken him there for a cleaning after the cleaning the doctor told. Me what if he has pain with his tooth again? We need to remove it it's a cavity. So fast forward. My son started having paid I went back. It was 2 weeks later and the doctor refused to remove the tooth. Because she said she had hurt her hand she gave him a prescription for antibiotics and said that one of her colleagues would be calling to schedule. An appointment well, I'm still waiting on that phone call that was back in December. I ended up taking my son to another dentist to have his tooth extracted they never called never scheduled a follow up. This place is terrible! read more

I worked for the DENTAL CARE CENTER right out of school. Lets just say I thought my first experience would've be much better than that. The staff was rude asl mainly the Girl DAISY who barely speaks English but as the nerve to make coming to work hard with that attitude and smart mouth. The manager sydy kept making me train with a pregnant girl who clearly didnt want to train me. The place is very unorganized and they all fight with each other. im the new girl ask one of the co-works to do something because Doctors is asking for it the co-worker tells me no i dont like her im not doing it n i swear to god im not. what am i the new girl supposed to do with that?? Also the Floor Manager Sydy one day she asked me to go work at the other location which was not a problem, but the problem was wen i asked before i left did she still need me to go over she said hold on let me check with them over at taylor never came back during my shift to tell me she sends a text to me at 8/9 at night asking me to go. i already made plans by that time so i wasnt going. Chrissy is the nicest most helpful unnoticed hard working girl there n she trained me as best as she could without all the employee drama. The staff was more focused to on each other than the patients. i just wanted to be trained by someone like Chrissy that was happy to teach me as a new girl. read more

I would not recommend anybody to come here. This was the closest dentist to home and decided to give them a try. My filling fell out of my wisdom tooth and I was in so much pain. I knew it needed pulling, but I wanted the dentist to be patient and gentle with me. I didn't get that vibe here. Always listen to your intuition. Even if nothing seems wrong at the time, always go with that first feeling. Boy was I right! I was given the X-ray which wasn't gentle at all. They knew I was in pain, but still treated rough. The dentist gave me the antibiotics and I was told to come back in 1 week to get the tooth pulled. I did not return. I ended up finding another dentist that I was more comfortable and confident with. When I called to cancel the appointment, I heard the receptionist mumble: CHICKEN. Yes, she called me a chicken which prompted to write this 1 star review. I was going to let it go, but not until I let everyone know that this office will think that you are a CHICKEN if you don't choose them to pull your tooth. I did get my tooth pulled, but not by them. I have been a patient of Dr. Rahul Jadhav for a while now. I have done a few fillings and a root canal with Dr Jadhav and he has done an excellent job on my teeth. Dr Rahul is not pushy at all and he does not believe in maxing out your dental insurance. Dr Jadhav has spent time with me explaining how to take good care of your teeth so I can avoid expensive dental procedures down the road. I have recommended Dr Jadhav to a friend and he too shares a similar opinion. In fact I was dissatisfied with Dr Arif Khan so I stayed away from the place for some months before i found Dr Jadhav in the same practice. I have been to other dentists who will take an average of 35 x-rays on your first visit and upon examination they will give you a laundry list of fillings/work that is absolutely necessary in their opinion. Dr Jadhav on the other hand will only order x-rays necessary for his clinical diagnostics. He is definitely a better dentist with a lot of people skills not looking to max your insurance. read more

One of the worst medical experiences I've ever had. As I am a Medicaid cardholder I had no choice. I needed lower dentures. Started in Aug. 2016. In November I still did not have Dentures. Three attempts to correct them and then wanted me to pay for the realignment as Medicaid does not cover their mistakes. I would not recommend them period. I doubt that many people do. However, I would also suggest that if you choose to have dental work done that you request copies of all medical records including the invoice being sent to your insurance company. Mine had errors on it of work not performed. Don't think I would have caught that had I not asked for the records to locate another dental provider to finish or start all over. I would never come back here again. My appointment was scheduled for 1:30pm and I got there at 1:15pm. They did not take me in until 3:15pm. It was more frustrating because they were taking in patients who came in way after me. Then, when I got inside the dental assistant was taking my x-rays and I don't think she knew how to take x-rays because she kept redoing them and she kept stabbing my gums with the x-ray film. Then the dental assistant proceeded to do my cleaning. She had no clue what she was doing. I have a feeling she was a dental assistant and not a hygienist and therefore was not properly trained to do teeth cleanings. She was not using the hand mirror to look at my teeth, instead she was grabbing and pulling at my cheeks to see inside my mouth. She kept spraying water all over my face and clothes. I started choking on the water because she didn't put the saliva suction in my mouth. When I asked her for the suction to avoid choking on water, she improperly placed it in my mouth--it kept falling out and eventually the suction tip was hanging in my mouth but the connecting hose/tube fell to the floor. I told her that the tip and hose got disconnected. Without sanitizing the hose she picked it up and attached the two parts back together. As I looked around the room, a lot of it did not look sanitary. The counter tops looked dirty and the chair had white powdery stains on it, which I could literally scratch off with my nails. The lead apron they place on you when taking X-rays was dirty and stained. Their so-called teeth cleaning consisted of the dental assistant stabbing my gums with the ultrasonic instrument. She didn't even get to every tooth nor all the surfaces of every tooth. They didn't brush/ polish the teeth or floss like all the dental clinics do. So I definitely feel ripped off because my insurance only allows two teeth cleanings per year and this was definitely a waste of a "cleaning." I am now stuck with painful blisters on my tongue, cheek, and gums because of her not knowing how to use the instruments and stabbing me with them. If you plan to go here, research where the dentists completed their education. Dental training in other countries is not up to par with dentists who have been educated and trained here in USA. read more
