Good dentist and great hygenist. bad front office practices...ensure she submits an insurance estimate before your scheduled appointment, if not, u will be paying full price up front (not the insurance approved amt) and will have to wait over a month for your refund. in my case, it was over $500. and when questioned the day of the appointment, she lied and said the insurance company charges her for the estimates..verified with the dental ins co, that was not ture. read more

A very nice group of professionals. They scheduled me the next day for a fractured molar. Nice cabinet facilities. Dr. Campos, the endodontist, was very considerate and took time to explain. They checked the proposed treatment with my insurance and a week later told me how much will cost. The surprise was to learn that the endodontist who saw me originally left the group and there will be another doctor doing the root canal. It was also weird that it was my decision to do the root canal or not - so far I do not experience any pain or infection despite the fact that the pulp seems to be exposed. They do not perform PFM crowns, only all ceramic . Was surprised to learn that the crown price is the same no matter what material will be used - ceramic or zirconia. Overal a good experience but now I wonder if I should ask another doctor for a second opinion: do I need a root canal or not? read more

I had a root canal procedure done at Dental Delights. The procedure went very smoothly. Dr. Jain and her associates took X-rays before the procedure and patiently explained all the potential risks and outcomes. They took X-rays during the procedure and once the procedure was done. I felt extremely well informed. Dr. Jain was most gentle and patient the entire time. The pain post-procedure was minimal and I felt fully recovered in less than 24 hours. I had a successful procedure and a pleasant clinic experience. I will be coming here for all my dental needs in the future. read more

Dr. Jain and her team of staff are fantastic. She is kind, gentle, a good listener and a tooth artist. She is very professional and really knows what she is doing. All of her work is incredibly well executed and i have never had any issues after the fact or felt like she is trying to "sell" me on work that i don't really need. She has also fixed many tooth problems caused by other dentists that i thought would always pain me. It's hard to find a great dentist you really trust, so i am so thankful that i have finally found Dr Jain and this office. I have always been terrified of dentists growing up. I came to Dr. Jain and that fear has now gone away. She is the sweetest, very kind, patient, and the best dentist ever. She takes her time to explain everything before and after any procedure she does. Recently, I had gone to get my tooth extracted for the first time. I was petrified about the thought but she was just amazing, everything was done so smoothly, I didnt even realize it was all complete. She called up after the procedure to make sure I'm ok. Best experience with a dental practice! The entire staff is terrific and Dr Jain is the kindest most competent dentist. I had a cracked tooth pulled and an implant done. Though the hygienists, especially Christine, and receptionist, Laura, are great, I have nothing positive to say about Dr. Jain: she dismissed me a number of times when It complained of diffuse oral pain over the course of at least a full year! Instead of taking my longtime discomfort seriously, she would only push a strong prescription for antibiotics for periodontal disease/infection--though I instinctively knew was NOT the cause of my pain & discomfort. The pain signals were clear red flags and symptoms that something was seriously wrong and instead of suggesting an Oral ID exam & referring me to a specialist since she clearly was unable to help me, she simply ignored my complaints and just shoved an antibiotics prescription in my face! It turned out after seeing a head & neck ENT doctor on my own much later, that I had stage 4 tongue cancer (despite no history of smoking or HPV) and to top it off, she had the gall to bill me for her inexcusable and egregious negligence! As far as I'm concerned, Dr. Shilpi Jain definitely should lose her license for her shocking negligence--if she had taken my complaint seriously and sent me to a specialist when I first alerted her to the chronic oral discomfort I had been experiencing, I probably would have been diagnosed before the cancer (squamous cell carcinoma of the tongue) had progressed to stage 4. Furthermore, she never apologized for her negligence--because that would be an admission of wrongdoing. Let my difficult story serve as a strong & loud warning to stay far away from Dr. Shilpi Jain and "Dental Disaster" as I call her practice! She is neither competent nor professional--and her license should be permanently revoked for negligence & malpractice, in my situation. read more

Went there as a new patient. Dr.Jain did an examination, took x-rays and I left with a shopping list of dental work she claimed I needed to have done. I then went to a Dentist who has been my wife's family dentist for more than 30 years. He's an hour away which is why I didn't do this in the first place. He did an exam, looked at the x-rays I'd gotten from dental delights and afterwards, asked to see the list of work Dr.Jain said was needed. His reaction was "Fooey!, you need a good cleaning, that's all." I can understand a difference of opinion on whether a tooth needed to be filled or not but this was a list of numerous items, NONE of which were necessary. Apart from the cost to both me and the insurance company (which we are all paying for in our premiums) and apart from the inconvenience of making multiple trips to a dentists surgery, scheduling, leaving work early etc etc. having dental work done involves some amount of risk. Risk to your health. I will not be returning to Dental Delights! read more
