To all future patients please read. My personal my experience with Dr. Fromm and staff started back in December 2025. I was a new patient in extreme agony seeking an urgent appointment for a dental emergency. I was treated with the upmost respect and immediately given an appt to be seen. Dr. Fromm was a breath of fresh air in this ever so changing dental world. He listened with open ears to all of my concerns. He respected my opinions and worked with me trusting I knew my body best, taking all my health concerns, needs and wants into serious consideration when treating me. He took a complex patient and got to the bottom of my dental needs visit after visit, treatment plan after treatment plan, oral surgery and all. Which he performed and I was so comfortable throughout I almost fell asleep during it. If it wasn't for his dedication, empathy, compassion, understanding and endless commitment to helping others I wouldn't be on the road to recovery. He bent over backwards to help me and I owe my future good health to him and his staff in particular Jill, Gus and Louis who were beyond great, empathetic and eased my mind every visit. If you want a Dr. who goes the extra mile, makes little miracles happen and truly cares about people, please look no further you will not be disappointed. Went to see Dr Nicole Noble from 2024-2026 83rd & Union Hills blvd- Peoria - Dr Noble is very pleasant and I trusted her. I had a crown put on in Los Algodones 2024 this was a Zirconia crown which that was all I was offered, I paid cash $500 but it came off after a few months and I went back to Los Algodones - they cemented it on again and and it came off again....well I couldn't keep going down to Mexico so I found Dr. Noble that was close by, she cemented it back on for a nominal fee. The Crown came off again, Dr Noble then suggested to get a new Crown another Zirconia -( BTW -nothing was wrong with the zirconia crown that was put on by the dentist in Algodones - Dr. Noble was just trying to make money off another crown) I asked if this will stay on - Dr Noble said" yes" , so I proceeded with another crown at $1200-1300 cash, but it came off again after a few months, she cemented it in again I think a total of 3 times she re-cemented on - but the last time she said if it comes off again, I will do a build up of my existing root tooth. This was in January of 2026. Well it came off again in July of 2026 - I've had enough of Dr Noble. I switched to another dentist - which he gave me a completely different crown material (Without building up of existing tooth) & Not Zirconia..... The staff in front is friendly but sometimes the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. For instance I made an appointment, went in and they didn't have any record of me; 2nd - I asked a receptionist to email my transactions since 2024 to my email - never received it. Dr Noble I believe, doesn't know about different crown materials that are used . Or she doesn't want to do them- IDK. She only offered one crown material. I could have saved myself time, stress and money. read more

Staff is friendly. However they are extremely pushy about scheduling the next appointment before the initial appointment was even complete. I was asked 3 times after having said no the first time. It definitely has the chain dentist feel. I would compare it to the great clips of dentist offices. I will not be returning and would not recommend to anyone asking. The answer no needs to be accepted and respected the first time. read more

Trying to have Dr Noble sanctioned by the board. Destroyed my mouth and caused health issues. She's a con artist and tried to exploit my insurance. When her plan didn't work I was left with a mess no other dentist would touch. Stay away. read more

My second visit was last week and was as consistently m impressive than the first with the friendly and professional staff. My very nice hygenist Reggie was very gentle but very thorough. Dr. Noble was very cordial, concerned and highly professional and I must say she was very kind and understanding and I cannot say enough. I highly recommend Dental Depot. absolutely awful. completely money grab. came in to get a temporary crown glued back on before major surgery on my teeth in a few weeks where i will be getting my permanent crowns put on i asked for no x-rays or exam because i am doing that all elsewhere. they began telling me that i must get xrays and an exam because i have came in to get this glued on before this (and had no issues) and saying i had previously not paid!?! they were extremely unhelpful and rude. save your time and go to stetson village family dentistry. they had me in and out in less than 15 mins and i just walked in no appointment or calling ahead read more

I originally went to a different dentist nearby and left in tears because of how I was treated. Thankfully, my husband found Dental Depo, and I had the BEST experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt cared for and respected. I got my Marilyn bridge re-cemented (which is what I originally went in for), and they also scheduled me for a future appointment based on the doctor's evaluation for other dental needs. Cause more damage then fixing just use insurance benefits up until gone to charge you out of pocket

This location is by far the best dentist I've visited. Dr Noble is so friendly, gentle and she explains the procedure in detail. My son has extreme anxiety and he has no problem going to this office. The entire office from the front desk, hygienist, and assistance is 5 star. read more

Got me in super fast& felt little to no pain . The staff is very gentle and makes sure you aren't experiencing too much pain if any at all . They made the entire experience so awesome & they were so very helpful . Got my tooth extracted at short notice and am so grateful they helped I suggest this location to anyone and will be coming back if needed in the future. read more

I would put no starts if it was an option, DO NOT GO HERE, unless your a fan of people who do not listen to how you are feeling, I tried to explain to Dr Nicole that I was feeling it all but she was to busy talking with the assistant too listen to me. It was the most painful experience in my life, and they didn't believe me when I said it was hurting even tho I was crying and my body was shaking because of the pain. Insurance scam place. Office is nice and hygienist and dmd nice. Front office is a box of rocks. Lots of vacant stares.

I marked one star only so I can leave a review. They don't deserve even one star our first new patient appointment. We sat waiting for over 30 minutes without anyone from the front office, telling us that the dentist was behind, not even an apology. I was hoping it was just a bad day here. We are a month later or so for the second appointment. We got here a few minutes early so we would be on time. It's now just about an hour that they still have not worked on my daughter, and not one person had come out to tell me how far they were behind again. People have lives and have things to do not sit around for an hour, because of poor time management skills, and the lack of customer service This is completely unacceptable. You need to train your front office on customer service skills I'm so angry right now I cannot see straight We are requesting records to be printed out, and we will not be returning and I will be filing complaints elsewhere It's time people start holding place is accountable. read more

Dr. Noble scammed my 18-year-old daughter into purchasing a dental device for $650.00 that could be purchased from amazon for $14.00. While my daughter has learned a valuable lesson to do her homework before accepting any treatment and to request a quote prior to treatment from here on out, I am writing this to warn others, new and old, that Dr. Noble was not honest or ethical in the case of my child. read more

I am only coming back because of the hygienist - Jill - the front office lacks customer service from walking in and waiting for 20 minutes - then I have to ask why it's taking so long . I also like the doctor but honestly not sure if it's worth the horrible customer service .... read more

I would give zero stars if I could. I came into the office at 12:50pm and my appt was at 1pm. Finished filling out forms at 1:03, then waited for twenty minutes in the waiting room until they called me back. During the x-rays for my mouth, the dentist commented on how small my mouth was, then gestured toward my fiancé and said that I was probably able to open my mouth a lot wider for him. Absolutely disgusting and inappropriate. I should've left as soon as she said it, but instead, we followed her into another room where she told me they were really busy today and she needed to finish up with another client. She was gone for another 25 minutes--which ultimately was the final straw. we left without service and will obviously never be coming back. i advise u do the same. read more

I thought the staff was great i didn't think the train that went by every 30 seconds that drowned the pleasant music was a professional environment it was loud and annoying very unpleasant so I asked it the train can be shut off and they said no. the owner wants it on because he owned 40 dental depos and it's what he likes. well maybe he should think about the staff and the clients ! just my opinion so I walked out and I'll be finding another dentist ! with a professional environment ! the staff was friendly and professional! and the interior was very nice read more

i had such a great experience going here today for a routine visit - extremely friendly staff!! my hygienist was Jill- she greeted me with a bright smile and was so incredibly kind and knowledgeable during my cleaning. my interaction with Dr. Noble was brief but very pleasant. seriously everyone here from the receptionist who scheduled my appointment down to the hygienist made this visit very welcoming. they are quick, knowledgeable and make sure you feel comfortable the entire time. i cant recommend this place enough & look forward to coming back! read more

This place was awesome! The doctor is very knowledgeable and friendly. I have had this spot on my front tooth for as long as I can remember and have been told by multiple dentists that I was stuck with it. How many times have you said WOW that was an Awesome experience at the Dentist? Me neither until now! I am one of those procrastinators when it comes to Dentists and being at 3 different Dentists in the Valley the past years not finding a good one was frustrating. But Wait! Had tooth pain this past week and called Dental Depot (83rd and Union Hills) to see when I could get in. The receptionist and Ciara were compassionate and got me in that morning. Of course not wanting to be there, but had to be, I was met by Elizabeth who took me back and she was nothing but Amazing. Dr. Noble walks in and was super kind, gentle and has a great sense of humor (my kind of Doc). After going over everything she said let's fix it now. My first tooth extraction (super nervous about the pain and past experiences) but a SUPER shout out to Dr. Noble and Elizabeth who completed the whole procedure without any pain and FAST! Not sure how many Dentists are this GOOD, but Dr. Noble is my go-to from now on. Thanks Dental Depot for getting me not only in the chair, but out of pain. The entire staff ROCKS, and I will be a patient from here on out. read more
