If you have a crown and implants, not to worry, it's not going to show a different shade or anything from all the other teeth. From the start, it felt like they were pushing unnecessary treatment. I was told I needed a "deep cleaning," which is typically only recommended for patients with gum disease but my teeth and gums are healthy. The cleaning itself was done by a hygienist and it was extremely painful and caused bleeding. It felt overly aggressive, like my gums were being stabbed rather than properly cleaned. What made the experience worse was that the actual dentist barely saw me, literally just came in for a couple of seconds to say hello and then left. There was no proper evaluation or explanation. After the appointment, I was told that my teeth weren't even fully cleaned and that I would need to come back, be numbed, and finish the cleaning later. So essentially, I went through a painful experience and still didn't receive a proper cleaning. I was also left with a pretty sore and sensitive gum that is still recovering days later. To make things more concerning, they recommended the same deep cleaning to my husband, who also has healthy teeth. It honestly feels like this is being pushed on everyone regardless of actual need. I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to any treatment here!
