Horrible. They overbook. I don't know who does the scheduling but they really overbook. Your appointment time will be an hour after what you originally set it up for. So if you had an appointment for 2pm plan on getting called back at 3pm and then you won't even be seen for another 1-1/2 hours and that's just for X-rays. Then when you get X-rays they will keep you for another hour. The assistants will walk the hallways and treat you like you're a ghost. This place is horrible. You can tell the management has no experience with running things. Stay away! I got here at 1:30pm it's 4:45pm and my kids are still back there waiting to be seen. Even my oldest complained to staff and the staff gave her an attitude like we did something wrong. Like we're the ones who scheduled 50 people at 2pm!! This location is one of the worse place. Poor communication, management, manager and staff were not managing the appropriate time slot even if you have the appointment. My appointment is at 2:00pm and I got there at 1:31pm. Hope to be seen early or on time because I have many things to do. But, unfortunately I waited there about an hour and 10minutes before they called me to go in to the assign room. They told me to go to the room and wait another hour and twenty minutes and still not seen By the dentist. There was no update or any kind of communication until I speak up. At this time it was 3:52pm, I requested to the manager, name Kim. I spoke to her but her excuse was not what I look for, her staff were misplaced patient appointment time slots and over booked the appointment. No, excuses to cover up the mistake. This is one of the worst offices I've ever been to. I literally just walked out because I am tired of filling out 4 or 5 pages of new client paperwork every time I or one of my family members go. Nothing changed. Then, I still would have waited anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 hours to be seen. Now for the icing. After I walked out, they called back to ask why I didn't finish my paperwork. After I told her my reason, she got nasty with me, and when I told her my family and I will be finding a new provider, she preceded to continue being nasty with the "you be blessed" and hung up on me. Now, unhappy customers happen. That's comes with customer service, but if you don't like your job, and have to get rude about it, go to school so you can do something different. read more

I choose this location and dentist because they advertised that the office was credentialed with my insurance. At time this was the case, however after a treatment plan was established and I was referred to a oral surgeon, I returned because one of the I was having a problem with one the teeth that was a part of my treatment plan and was informed that they no longer participated with my dental plan. I received no notification of this decision and because of the urgency of the visit I paid out of pocket for the visit. I had may an appointment with the oral surgeon I was referred to, but in order to continue with the treatment set up this location, I now have to find another general dentist to continue with my dental care. This is very upsetting as I have several problems that need to be addressed and finding a dentist that I will be comfortable with is going to be time consuming and delays the treatment that I so urgently need read more

UPDATE: So I go there for a routine teeth cleaning and after getting my x-rays done they find 2 cavities. The dental assistant then SERIOUSLY asks me, "Would you like us to do something about your cavities?"...I was dumbfounded to say the least! I don't know which was worse, the fact that they didn't have the equipment to properly fit in my mouth while giving me an xray, or the fact that he seriously asked me that stupid question! If your insurance/finances allows it, please, please, PLEASE go to a better dentist than this! I arrived at 1:27pm for my 2pm appointment in the hopes of getting everything done sooner and leaving there earlier and to avoid waiting for too long. 4 people came in AFTER me (some which were walk ins) and were called in to see the dentist BEFORE me. Fast forward to 2:38pm I FINALLY get called in, only to spend LESS than 10 minutes getting an xray and having my routine teeth cleaning. DON'T COME HERE!!! I rather they had spend an extra 30 minutes cleaning my teeth to somewhat make up for my wasted time there waiting. I won't even mention how they angered me the first time by giving me the wrong appointment date that THEY set up. I've never had these things happen to me in any other dental office before. I've come to my wits end plenty of times when I've stepped foot into this office (2-3 hr wait times even though I had an appt, walk in patients getting called in before me, etc...) I've come to notice that the front desk staff just doesn't care about their patients; just their own children who run around constantly (no offense, but this isn't a zoo or a daycare) and themselves (constantly ordering food delivery and talking amongst themselves like they have nothing better to do... so rude). The front desk overbooks quite frequently; so a 30 min appt can more likely become an entire day ordeal and possibly lead to another conflicts. I made an appt because of a broken tooth, for 10am; was not made a priority over walk-in patients; and was made to wait until 12noon to be called in, and then once called in; took them 1 hr and a half to serve me. So I was there for 4 hrs; just to be told by the dentist that I needed a root canal. It gets even better... I recently called to ask if they could send my x-rays over to the new dentist; lady goes what's your Date of Birth; I gave her the date: and she goes; is it 5/13/1973? I answer no, and repeat myself and then she responds with "well that's what we have on file"; well I clearly know when I was born. I'm giving this place a one star, being nice. Because -7 wasn't an option. Won't be coming back to this location for a long time. read more

My daughter & I sat in this office for 3 hours today. They had the air conditioner up so high that my hands started turning colors. My fingertips felt like ice. My disabled daughters skin was flushed. The air was elevated more than usual. I received no empathy even though I disclosed my medical conditions, which included Lupus, Sjogrens, Fibromyalgia & Raynauds. The air was blowing directly on us. The African doctor was rude, showed no empathy & got made because I couldn't understand what she was saying. When someone is helping to pay your salary, you should have a little more respect. The fact that I told her I had hearing problems meant absolutely nothing. Her Arabic assistant was very nice & empathetic to how the patients felt. Another assistant gave us gowns, which helped very little, but it was the thought that counts. Doctors should treat patients with respect, have patience & understanding. Find a career that allows you to have the least interaction with people. read more

Went yesterday and left when they told me they had to do another Xray when the day before I confirmed twice with the mamager Kim that I dont need an Xray. I also advised her the day before if she could double check with the surgeon because I am driving very far{1 hour 30 minutes} and not to mention I have a strong gag reflex, on top of me already having the film. She reassured me that this is not needed, only for the surgeon to tell me once I get there that this is needed. took me 3 hours to get back home after still being in pain!..Waste of gas, and time..Thee absolute worse and would never recommend. This is the 3rd time here and it gets worst each time. I made a 4:00pm appointment for my son for a routine exam. I got a call the night before to confirm. I received a call the day of the appointment at 11:30am and was told we were a no show for a 11:00am appointment. I let her know the appointment is for 4:00pm she indicated that she had no record of a 4:00pm appointment and that I would have to reschedule. The next appointment wasn't until a month later. The same day at 4:30pm I got a call stated that we missed the 4:00pm appointment. I stated that I spoke to someone earlier in the day who stated we missed a 11:00am appointment and that there was not a 4:00pm appointment for my son that I previously scheduled. Never the less a month later, I'm here for the 4:00pm appointment and it's 5:52pm and we have not been seen. More time is being spent on the staff Disciplining their children who were running around behind the desk and where patients were being serviced then keeping things moving so that the patients can receive service timely. This is my last time here. Still waiting, no apologies no nothing. This is by far the worst. read more

The front desk staff is rude and unprofessional. My mother was a patient there. Yes, she was because I am not allowing her to continue treatment there. The former dentist implanted a tooth, but did not crown it. This was later discovered by another dentist. In any event, my mother traveled out-of-state to see another doctor. Upon reviewing the x-rays that this office faxed to the new dentist, they realized that the x-rays were for another patient. They sent the x-rays of another patient, which is a violation the HIPPA law. My mother called the office over 10 times on 3/17/18 and the front desk staff hung up on her each time. I would not recommend anyone to this office. I am escalating this complaint with the corporate office. read more

The average wait time is 1.5-2.5hrs. My arrival was at 1:20pm, my appointment was at 1:30pm, I was not taken back until after 3:30pm. There are roughly 7 people behind desk & none seem to have a sense of urgency. Staff were rude and once you are finally called to the back to be seen no one apologizes for the wait. During each visit to this business I stood at the counter and was ignored. I shifted myself trying to stand in front of different people until someone finally looked at me. I then had to ask them if they could help me. I later made a follow up appointment only to call the day before and find out that it was never put in the system. I then had to rearrange my schedule to come on a completely different day. During each visit I explained that I specifically wanted to purchase the "whitening" that was advertised all over the building. I even stated that I could pay in full. I kept being told ok, no problem but it was never explained to me when that would happen. Finally, after the third visit I was told that the whitening kit had to be ordered and wasn't on the premises. I asked why this wasn't already done and no one had an answer. Also, the dentist never printed out a treatment plan for me so there was mass confusion over my bill. No one went over my bill or verified with me my charges prior to service. I then asked to speak with the manager. I spoke with Soriaha Garcia she was very polite but had no real answers. She stated that she would order the product asap and call me right away. I told her that I have an important interview the coming Friday and really expected to have this done since I'd been asking since the second week of January. I was called by an office person the next day and told that the $300 product I just paid for was "out of stock" and they had no idea when I'd get the product I paid for. The staff asked me where my husband was because my kids have different last names and she assumed that because I was black and my kids had different last names that I wasn't married. She later apologized! After being antagonized and discriminated against they called the cops on me! The cops came and said I did nothing wrong and that I should file a civil suit. I had 4 staff yelling at me and speaking about me in Spanish and I am 7 months pregnant! They were very rude and had customer personal private information on the front desk violating hippa. Why have scheduled appointments (that your office stalks your phone constantly about as a "reminder") when you guys don't even honor them???? The very last time we were there we waited at least an hour and a half...meanwhile, a grown man with NO appt was called in the back before my daughter. I came to Dental Dreams them June of 2021. I had previous issue with another doctor damaging one of my teeth, and was having a lot of pain in it afterwards, so I asked them to do Xray. I only asked for one tooth, but they did full panel of my whole mouth. When they tried to get it covered by my insurance they didnt cover, because those are only okay every few years. It was excessive and not necessary. They told me there is just issue with gums, which I already knew from previous doctor. That didnt help the tooth that was hurting though. Its been over a year, and still pain in tooth. I went back last week for a new XRAY. The tech did xray, and I could see there was some decay on top of tooth, and back of tooth. They should be doing a filing. Instead they are still trivializing the gum issue. I asked for a printout of the xray, they cut the xray in half and are not showing the top part of the tooth which is what I mainly came in there for. I went back today to ask again, I was made to wait 2 hours just to print out a piece of paper. The woman at the desk printed out the same cropped pic of xray, cutting out the main issue I came in for, the top of tooth. I just spoke to manager, and she is giving me run around too. Regardless, if the dentist thinks issue with gum, I came to you for an issue with top of tooth, that is the xray that was taken and I could see with my own eyes, so that is what you should be giving me. They are withholding evidence of my teeth. Its my dental records, if I ask for them, legally I am allowed to have them even if you dont agree with what is visible on them. read more
