Our experience with Dynasty Dental, and more specifically with its owner Allen, was among the most disappointing, distressing, and disheartening we've ever encountered -- not just in healthcare, but in any professional setting. Our loved one required dental service, and we sought care from Dynasty Dental based on their marketing as the area's "only" mobile dental service. What should have been a supportive healthcare experience during a difficult time became a source of additional stress and emotional harm. This has been one of the most disrespectful, insensitive, and deceitful experiences we've ever endured. They requested a cash deposit in advance after business hours. A cash payment was paid without him issuing a receipt or any proper documentation at the time, all while bragging about himself as the only mobile dental service in town. We entrusted him with a full payment of $3,900 the following day, expecting professional service, ethical conduct, and timely dental care for my loved one -- none of which were delivered.Your customer service evaporated the moment you were paid. Despite receiving full payment, Allen failed to follow through on the services promised. The two scheduled follow-ups/check-ups never occurred, and her dentures never fit properly. More tragically, my loved one passed away shortly after this experience -- without ever receiving properly fitted dentures or the promised continued care. The dentures initially provided were rushed and applied within 15-20 minutes by Allen and his team, seemed visibly low in quality, and completely ill-fitting. These concerns about the unsuitable dentures were raised the day of, and again in the days following, all while she was hospitalized and repeatedly asking when the dentures would be corrected. The response from Allen and his team was evasive and dismissive throughout. Worse, they gave false hope to my loved one -- who tragically passed away only weeks later -- all while continuing to delay, mislead, and stress her during her final days as she asked about her dentures.What should have been a thoughtful and uplifting birthday gift during a deeply difficult time instead became a source of emotional harm and stress. It is heartbreaking to say that this terrible experience contributed to her distress during her final weeks -- a time that should have been met with dignity and compassion, not neglect and false promises by Dental Dynasty. She deserved compassion and professionalism, not the emotional distress and indifference you and your business caused. This is about the complete lack of integrity, empathy, and accountability shown by Allen and Dynasty Dental. Their transparency and credibility are a facade. The poor customer service for my loved one in an already delicate state is unappeasable and deserves negative stars. This experience was nothing short of devastating. Once full payment was made, there was a noticeable decline in service quality and communication, with no meaningful follow-up or resolution from their party. The Doctor is wonderful, but the guy who says he is "the owner," Allen, is a rude, inconsiderate human who refused to turn over my temporary teeth because my husband wrote a negative Yelp review because they tried to steal money from us. Today, we had to go to Dental Dynasty and as they refused to give me my temporary teeth, we called Metro as directed by our credit card company. The Doctor had my teeth in her hand, but the owner refused to let her give them to me. She had to actually yell at him to get him to stop his erratic behavior. He was so inappropriate. Metro came (hated to waste their time on something so stupid), and once they arrived Allen handed over my temporary teeth. AVOID DENTAL DYNASTY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED. Watch !! AVOID!! AVOID!! AVOID!! This place is a total and complete scam. We are from the Midwest; as a result, we are accustomed to working with people with the same Midwest values that we have. My wife went in for a consultation, and being over-trusting, she allowed them to charge our credit card a total of $16,000 for pulling two teeth. Unfortunately she didn't read the fine print. There was a plan for implants, but my wife did not sign off on that treatment plan. She called the office Tuesday morning at 8:00am (after her Monday afternoon appointment) to cancel so she could get a second opinion. By then, these thieves had already charged our credit card $16,000. I called them and have never been treated more poorly by so-called professionals. I was laughed at; the so-called manager, Allen, was elated that he swindled us out of our money. The credit card company is investigating this fraudulent situation, and I anticipate not having to pay for anything more than we received. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. They prey on weak people, and they flat out steal money. Oh... he says we were charged so much because they had already made the temporary dentures by the time my wife called to cancel Tuesday morning. When I asked him to prove that they had been made in that 18-hour timeframe, he refused to show me any documentation to prove his premise. I asked what company made them so that I could call to see when they had been made. He said that is an internal matter and he would not share with me who made them. In other words, he was lying. I would never go back. I went a little over a year ago, as did my husband, and we both are still dealing with issues that only started with the fillings that this practice gave us. I had to get two redone because they fell out (one within the same week and the second a month later). I went elsewhere for the redos because they happened during off hours and on a holiday, so I had to pay high prices at an emergency dentist to redo their poor work. My husband and I have both been dealing with nerve pain in our teeth that only started after the fillings we got at this practice. I honestly have my doubts that we even needed the dental work. This dentist is listed as an in-network provider for my insurance company, and they confirmed that they were in-network dentist when I made the appointment. They excepted the price given to them by my insurance company, however; they charged me more than double the price agreed upon! They filed a claim with my insurance company using the name of a dentist who no longer worked for their office, who in fact was an in-network dentist, claiming he did the work on my teeth. The doctor who did the work was Dr. Mary Abdue. She did shoddy work, and has very poor inter-personal skills with patients. She put an oversized crown on my upper back molar, causing me pain and discomfort, and making it impossible for me to use my partial. When I complained, she laughed and stated, I just decided to give you one big tooth! They tried to get me to sign a release document stating I had no issues, and agreed with the price they were charging, but I did not! My insurance company also told me not to sign anything, and said it was a fraud. I have filed complaints with my insurance company, The Nevada State Board of Dental Examiners, and their finance company. This is unfair dental practices. They lied about being in-network dentist and then try to force customers to pay exorbitant prices for mediocre work!
