It's almost comical now. How long will I have to wait?? Dr showed up at about 2:55 and he is extremely nice. He apologized and said that his entire staff is new and that they had just opened this office two months ago. Hopefully when I go back next month they will have their act together. Because I'd like to keep Dr. Luu as my primary.

I then called the office recently; had to speak to an answering service and was treated with such disrespect.
