I became a patient of Dental Implants Today in June 2019. Today, October 27, 2019 I had my implant crowns installed. Dr. Kevin Krause, and his staff, Melissa, Megan, Alexis, Carla and Kim, do everything possible to make your visit productive, pain free and as comfortable as possible. When my implant were first installed, I never felt any pain or discomfort. I was given pain medication, but quite frankly, all I took was one dose of aspirin, I was fine thereafter. The process to install and fit the implant crowns took about 15 minutes. DIT is a technology based organization and that is one of the reasons that I selected the firm. They wanted to do less work and charge me a fraction of what the so called discount guy was wanting....The STAFF is A+, Dr. K is on top of his game. This place has ALL OF THE LATEST AND BEST TECHNOLOGY. Everything is NEW and CLEAN! The fees are some of the lowest you can find (and I looked...) but, they provide service and treatments that others are charging 3 times the amount for. I am staying with my new FRIENDS in Venice. I am A "Newbee" I just started going to them, ex-rays, evaluations, consults, pricing etc. Well. from everyone I had any interactions with: Alexis, Kim, Melissa, Meg, Carla and the doctors. I can only say they are all wonderful. They listen to me, asked the right questions to design the proper treatment plan that is not just the fastest, or the most expensive (Like my old dentist in St. Pete did) rather it is easier for me, the patient and it may be the safer, more conservative way to achieve the results I am after. Having had the original full dentures for over 16+ years with not one problem, I was at loss when the upper 5 teeth and part of the base separated into two pieces. An internet search indicated that the best office in Venice was Dental Implants Today. Michele, front desk, addressed the problem without up sell, suggested a repair, which I had no idea was even possible. Let me tell you, they are amazing for doing a giveaway to begin with but mostly they are the best dental office I have ever been to. What a great place as I had an emergency & had never been to this doctor before. From Melissa the office manager,to Jay the assistant & Dr. Krause. I was treated professionally. They are excellent about making sure you understand what is going on & what their plan is to get the solution. They even gave me an estimate for all of my treatment. They were able to place my crowns 4 days before we went on a cruise. We went on our cruise and I noticed the bite was off. I called on Monday and they had me in on Wed. to adjust the bite. This office is AMAZING! They use high tech 3D scanners and make your crowns right there in the office. The dental chairs have massagers built in them so I was able to enjoy a nice massage while getting my teeth worked on. They also have large flat screen TV's on the ceiling! But the BEST part is that their prices on crowns are the LOWEST than anywhere else. I highly recommend this office. read more
