They are very knowledgeable and up to date with modern technology. My root canal procedure was explained thoroughly. Dr. Sheila Chandrahasa answered all of my questions and concerns. I had a root canal nerve extraction done really fast. It took just 20 minutes which is a result of great knowledge, experience, and precision work. Dr. Conrad is self-centered and does not want to "waste too much time with her patients", those were her exact words. She wasted too much time on me, according to her. It's not like this was a free service, she was paid for her time, depleted my available insurance coverage, and left me hanging for an upcoming important event with missing teeth. I was shown a partial replacement and then given something else instead that did not fit properly in my mouth, but according to her it was perfect!
