Oh my God. Where to start. I went in on 2017 for a cleaning and crown replacement because my crown was 10 years old. Honestly I should have kept it. First I went in for the cleaning and when I was there I asked about other services, the demtist wwas rushing and said she did not recommend for x, y,z. She said "your teeth look fine". Ok thanks, but I still wanted whitening treatment. I ignored it and took as she knew best. On top of that, they were so pushy to seLl mE irrigation service. Hey look we don't know eachotther, I get you don't have to care for me but y'all push so hard to sell that it seems morally and ethically wrong! The way they were trrying to sell me that irrigation man I felt cornered so I took it. Now back to the crown. She rushed to put new crown on but when she was testing the fittIng, again I felt so much pressure to rush and just say yes. The dentist's posture was off putting, negative and I'm too nice so I did not say anything. That was bad on my part, so I thought. In retrospect, No they should have made mor time for me as a patient so they weren't rushing so much! But no! They have to get that MONEY! Furthermore, I had to return and tell her "hey you did not put this on right", I was so incredibly apologetic, I felt bad, I knew I shouldn't have, but I was. In a bad mood she replaced it. Fast forward to today, I've had my crown cracked from a corner for two weeks now as I'm trying to find a new dentist. Wait though, I'm not done. I call them up explain the situation because I know they have notes on when I went back in 2017 because the crown did not fit right. They did not offer to pay it, not even half and not even a discount. But they had the audaacity to harrras caLl me to go in for a routine check up and cleaning!!! No No we have a problem! I went based on the recommendation of my fiancé who had 2-3 visits here. THEY WERE AMAZING! I am huge on customer service and I do not like going to the dentist and I left feeling so happy and GRATEFUL for my experience here. Everyone I interacted with was very professional but personable at the same time. They were all very attentive and accommodating. The Dentist who worked on me was awesome. She made my treatments super bearable... so much so that for all the work I had done, which most people would have split between 2 visits, I was more than okay with letting her do everything at my one visit. Great service, I didn't wait long and everyone is very nice professional. My daughter also got work done and she loved the DR.

I used to love this place because of the employees. Don't get me wrong, they're all still lovely and have a great attitude, but they are pushy when they want to get something done. On multiple occasions my husband and I have both noticed that they have scheduled us for appointments without our permission. They have done this to schedule a new check-up as well as a follow up. When the scheduling is inconvenient for them then they schedule you at their best convenience without your confirmation. At the beginning too, one of the ladies had not informed us of a charge to our insurance but insured us she did when the dentist walked in, I'd think we would have known that since it involved money. Anyways, we didn't make a big deal of it because humans make mistakes and they were all so kind, but with these scheduling issues I wanted to bring this to everyone's full attention. read more

I haven't been to a dentist couple years before trying this office. The office was super clean with modern technology. Check-in process was very smooth and they explained everything along the way. I did a deep cleaning and two fillings with Dr Lee. He was amazingly good and professional!! He made sure I was comfortable during treatment since I was a little anxious in seeing dentist at the beginning, but not anymore with Dr Lee. My treatment experience was painless and enjoyable I highly recommend this office to anyone. The office actually accepts various insurances and has flexible affordable payment plans. My experience was amazing at Dental Masters the front desk and Staff were very friendly. I didn't have to wait too long to be seen . I was a bit concerned due to Covid how they would proceed but they are well organized and prepared . I got all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed June26 . The oral surgeon was very clean and caring and responsive it made you feel very comfortable before and after surgery recovery went well. This has been my office for sometime now but this time I visited I don't have the confidence I had before. One of the things I've noticed is the staff is soo SLOW, there's not enough employees, and my favorite worker Mari is not there anymore to assist in all my needs. The staff looks lost. I went in for a consultation not know much in regards to my dental plan nor my dental information. When all offices turned him away bc they don't touch other dentists work, Dr Morris helped my dad and replaced his retention bands. it's a little tough to find a place that your aging parents love but dental masters definitely was welcoming and my parents want to go back. Be careful with these thieves! They over charge on everything they do. They tell you that your insurance doesn't cover procedures that are covered. When you inform them that you checked with your insurance and the procedures were covered, they try to give you different codes that are not covered. They tell you that you saw a specialist when you didn't. They do anything and everything to take of advantage of the community! If at all possible, go elsewhere.
