I would give Dr. Jill McDonald and her assistant 10 stars. I have dealt with her twice and she is absolutely great! I highly recommend Dental Partners of Copperhill just because of Dr. Jill and my experience with her. The reason I only give this a 4 star rating is because of the office manager Charlotte and especially the receptionist/record keeper Robin. 1st, Robin had no idea that the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and Obamacare were the same thing. This person deals with insurance issues every day, this IS her job. 2nd, my first visit with work done by Dr. Jill was in Oct of 2017 and I had an appointment again in late Nov that I had to reschedule. Yet, Robin had no record of me...and this is what she does! 3rd, I was in the process of changing my insurance companies and on my first visit here I was advised to choose a PPO, which I did. Then when I scheduled an appointment I was told in a very unconcerned manner, "we don't accept that insurance". Needless to say, I was very frustrated. When I began asking routine questions Robin rudely handed me over to the office manager Charlotte without my permission. Charlotte simply regurgitated the same information verbatim. She sits in a small office right next to Robin. I asked Charlotte, what do you do there...listen in on one another's conversations. She said, no, I'm back in my office. However, when I went there one could clearly see that she had lied, they were in fact very close to one another. Charlotte had told me that our phone conversation was being recorded and I said, "Good, maybe some good will come out of this! I am sure I am not the only person that has been through this needlessly. You should be able to answer basic questions about insurance rather than relying so heavily on the word 'can't'". The only reason these two ladies are employed is because of patients like me and dealing with situations like mine are certainly not uncommon. I know because I have family that work in the medical field. They are supposed to help new patients navigate their system and find how they can best be of service to their patients. They are in the business of providing a service to people. Charlotte was tolerant of my questions and me and I am sure that was only because she was being recorded. Neither she nor Robin were helpful to me and never made any attempt to be, and I cannot stress enough this is what they do! The reason this office has such a high ratings is, 1. Due to the dentist themselves. 2. Keep in mind that a part of Charlotte's strategy is to text and email new patients immediately after your first visit, which of course they are on their best behavior. However, throw something at Charlotte or Robin that should be routine and you are going to get a real attitude. The day I went for my appointment I was not greeted with any smiles. Charlotte gave me an obligatory good morning following my greeting to the two of them at the window. Robin ignored me. I never saw a smile from either of them the entire visit, just harsh looks from Charlotte and rude, inappropriate conduct from Robin. Ask either of them to do their job and you are treated as though you are a complete waste of their time, rather than a valued patient/client. I strongly suggest that you do not leave a review until you have had at least 2-3 visits. read more

I was fortunate enough to start going to Dental Partners many years ago. Dr. Muse, a dental surgeon, did many implants over the years. Hardly any pain. Everyone at the Copperhill location are the most caring and kind people you could ever ask for. Going to the dentist is my worst nightmare of my 72 years. But this group of dental workers made my going to them a real pleasure. Just recently one of my front teeth broke off. They got me in the same day and I met Dr. Diana for the first time. She and her assistant went above and beyond to make me comfortable and created a beautiful temporary tooth. If you need dental work, this is the place to go for anything. Prices are in the normal range and comparable to other dental places. However, the office personnel works with you to get a Care Credit card and works with your insurance company. read more

I am a regular here at the dentist office. I absolutely love it here. Jessica, my hygienist is always smiling, pleasant and an amazing person. When I have a question regarding things about my teeth, Ms. Jessica is always on top of helping to provide an answer. The dentist (the female, not Dr. Muse) is AMAZING! She is so kind and passionate about her work and the way she treats her patients. I hate that I can not remember her name, but if you go to dental partners this team is just amazing. I have NOTHING bad to say. They actually use my insurance unlike Aspen dental. They correct any issues left from Aspen Dental poor work. The prices are fair. I'm new to this dental group but had a wonderful experience with them. The staff is friendly and understanding, and Dr. Amanda is thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions, provide different options for my concerns and budget. They are in network with my dental insurance (Delta Dental) so the quote I got for my treatment plan was lower than I expected. Great experience. Oh yeah, and the room I was in overlooks the river, so being able to watch the calming water flow by during my visit was soothing. read more

I had been to Dental Partners a few years ago, and I had a good experience. I called just a week or so earlier to be evaluated for dental implants, and although I was not a current patient they got me in within a reasonable time period. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. They quickly got me evaluated, and the Doctor was very caring and friendly, and gave me my treatment options and honest opinion of what my best course of action would be. I moved away from Fannin County over two years ago and still travel over 90 miles to come back to see Dr. Jill at Dental Partners because she is such a great dentist. Her chairside manner, professionalism and caring is as good as it gets. The office and support staff and is pleasant and helpful, too. In my 68 years for one reason or another I have been to quite a few dentists. We recently moved to Blairsville Georgia and this was the closest dentist that accepted my insurance. I had no problem getting an appointment for a cleaning. Everyone in the office was very welcoming and professional! I have a lot of dental Problems due to radiation and chemotherapy. I had my dentures repaired after the upper plate broke. They are 20 years old and I am going to replace them. After the lab returned them repaired so well it was like I could get at least another five years out of them. Very happy with the service and the staff is great. I had a great first visit with Karunesh Chakote, DMD. First time I have actually enjoyed going to the dentist! Braylee, his assistant was so sweet and took such good care of me. They spent and hour and a half examining my tooth and explaining what had happened and what we could do about it. Office staff is great (nice, welcoming, informative.) We enjoy our dental hygienist. She has a great personality and makes sure you're comfortable and aware of all procedures being done. She helps you to understand what is going on and what to expect. My children have seen a different dentist than I have but both were friendly and took good care of us. Both the hygienist and the doctor were extremely caring and explained the procedures so I was fully informed.
