You then see a dentist. No matter what dentist there they are all so nice and compassionate. Today I saw Dr.Tucker. I've had 3 tooth pulled 3 different places and Dr.Tucker was the most gentle, persistent, caring, dentist I've ever experienced. She isn't heavy handed and makes sure you're okay while doing the procedure. She also works with anxiety well there was also another woman who helped me too with my anxiety. They are very thorough with after care too. I would recommend this dentist to everyone!

It can be embarrassing when you have failed or failing teeth but she and her staff put me at ease immediately. A few weeks later I came in for the extraction and they did an awesome job. I waited for a bit but they were very accommodating- going so far as offering to put a fan in the waiting area for me because I mentioned it was a bit warm. The entire extraction took almost 2 hours but I didn't feel a thing. She made sure that the area was well anesthetized, telling me she didn't want me to feel anything and I didn't! During the process she kept checking in with me, offering to take breaks if I needed it and making sure I was still comfortable. She was tenacious during the extraction, which was quite a difficult one due to the decayed nature of the tooth but she was eventually successful. Very happy to go and see her again as well as making her my primary dentist!

They really want the $50. The process of getting an appointment is a struggle. Had to wait over a month just to get an appointment. I've been a client of theirs for 2 years and it has not gotten any better with scheduling. Receptionist talks like a human piece of garbage and has no empathy. Do yourself a favor and go to any other dentist. They will not accommodate you.

So I went in and had X-Rays done. I was told that I needed to have a deep clean, because I was on the verge of having cavities, but a deep clean would take care of it. I scheduled a cleaning and then rescheduled once or twice. I finally went in to have my deep cleaning done (it takes two visits b/c they do each side of your mouth). I am a big dude, but I am so fearful of needles. They took care of me to the point where I didn't even feel the shots. They were gentle! Do not trust the advertising, they do not conduct all dental services advertised and always send…read more"out" for root canals, most child cavities, tooth extractions, replacing caps, etc. HOWEVER, they say they perform these treatments , even in recent printed articles, website and it is blatantly untrue. They've also done damage, as the newest add on Dentist C.Albert has missed professional diagnostics, causing loss of a vital tooth , following her painting on a grimey "cavity preventer " that lasted for weeks like superglue, and may have leaked into the root of a perfectly fine tooth destroying it beyond help. And/or had not noted the damages on X-ray because they only have "the minimum standard required" according to the practice owner Dr. G. Orland. Also neither expressed care or concern when it went crisis level, was beyond angry when asked for help, violated patient confidentiality and refused to reimburse my expenditures that were charges for DUPLICATION of services. If you've told them you know you have a fractured tooth and they say come in we can help, but then say they cannot, charge you highly,then send you out to one super expensive facility, and then another for another procedure, ending up paying for the same diagnostics over and over, yet left in severe pain, infection and distress. Not to mention, the referring practice said thus dentist didn't see the issue with their two dimensional X-rays. "The required minimum"! Not good enough. Little guy has several cavities and is sent out as well, again, they're not equipped. They complain being short of dentist help, easily frustrated yet the hours are cherry handpicked! No weekends, an occasional eve hour and NO FRIDAYS! The implant done by Dr Mohammed Sohail. i went to another dental office to get another opinion why the implant failing. i found out that the implant is not done right. i went back to Webster dental complaing that i have pain and discomfort for number 8 teeth. Doctor Mohammed Sohail suggested to do procedures it cost 1,800 doller. i paid close to 8000 dollars for two implant last year.one of them failing after 11 month. i was charged consulting fees to see that doctor for his failing implant. i called the office in order to speak with distract manager to complain about my implant failing after 11 months. i never got respond from the manager. i left several messages with front desk to speek with manager. their respond was manager is not here she will call u late. i have trying to speak with manager for the last WEEK and i never respond. this office has bad management. the implant should last for long time. it should not fail within one year. the office should took responsibility for the bad work and correct problem without any charges. i find out most Periodontist doctors gives warranty on implants except this office.

They were very thorough and gentle with the examination. They were very clear about what the dental plan needed to be and upon my very next visit I experienced very little to no discomfort. Mel went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable knowing I had some bad past experiences with dentists. With that said, I will continue to come to Webster. My wife and kids already come here as well. No complaints at all.

I go here myself because he's fast and tells me no cavities and I'm out the door. Lately my son had been complaining about a toothache, so I decided to get a second opinion. I was shocked to find out he has 12 cavities!!!! The new dentist told me these cavities had likely been there for years. What's frustrating is that we were just at Premier Dental 6 months ago with Dr. Sussarey, and nothing was mentioned about any cavities at all.
