Not sure why, but I've had some scheduling problems with Andrea, the front desk lady. When I was pregnant we pushed my x rays until June- my baby was due in May. A month later I got a reminder phone call about my past due x days. No... I was pregnant and we rescheduled. Fast forward. 2 hours before my most recent visit I get a call saying I owed a few hundred dollars for white fillings. That their office still offers silver fillings. I have my moral viewpoints on silver fillings and i refuse! Why are you telling me two hours before my a lot, when I've gotten a sitter for my baby, taken off work and moved my schedule to be available when scheduled! I then called my dental insurance and it's covered. What the heck? I asked to speak to Dr. Zauderer (with my sister on the phone as well) and i got YELLED at and told my opinions were - and I quote "bologna ". Well, I didn't ask you to scrutinize, raise your voice, argue and judge me for something that's important to me. Your practice already knows I refuse fluoride, why can't you respect my feelings and lifestyle choices? Needless to say, I've left this practice and won't return. It's a shame because I really enjoyed Zusana and Amanda and they work hard! And seriously, what dentist office still offers silver fillings?

Never heard of this before in the years of going to dentists. Watch out for the "Balance Past Due" bill for the amount that was not covered. I received this Bill with a colorful past due sticker not even 30 days after the procedure! very disturbing after the amount of Money that is already paid, to receive a bill! They dismissed my pain and discomfort over and over.
