if I could give it no stars. I would. 1. they said Becuase we missed 4 appointments we are never allowed back and have to find another office. Which is truly impossible because after my step sons last cavity appointment I didn't schedule anything and that was over a year ago! 2. the woman I spoke to was so rude it wasn't even remotely funny. Call today to make an appointment for my daughter, who had an emergency with her tooth. Apparently they did not want to make the appointment because on their schedule they showed. I have a special needs child that needed a cleaning. NO cavities, he's been here before and never an issue. This time tho, unqualified individual who was not comfortable apparently and had the office manager come tell us she was unable to complete the cleaning. Give me a fkn break. Seriously. Absolutely rude receptionist. It's always been a 15 min late policy all of a sudden it's 10 mins. I was there with one of my kids who's appointment was at 4 and my husband was coming with my other child. Her appointment was at 430 she got there at 440 and they weren't going to see her because they close at 5. She only needed a cleaning. HORRIBLE! Staff is nasty! I had to be late to an apt due to a medical emergancy for me today. I expressed I was leaving my doctors office and we were going to be late and the receptionist says "if you can't be here by 5 mins after you can't come" than continues to threaten me saying we will reschedule but if you cancel again you can't be seen here anymore. The absolute worst place to take tour kids...the receptionist in the front are some of the rudest people I have ever dealt with as an adult! They refused to let me in the back it's my 4 YEAR OLD!!! They told me that there are personnel restrictions about the amount of people allowed in at one time, and as she is telling me this a father is walking out of the back with his 3 daughters all older them mine! If any parent is ok with letting their young child into the back of a doctors office while they "sit in the car until they are brought out to you" then this is the place for you. This is the 3 time I have had an issue with this office but it is my final time I will ever step foot I there. read more

My son is almost 4. He had his second appointment there today. It's his 4th time going to a dentist. The last dentist no longer took our insurance. So we came here. I always take him Wednesday at 4 due to my work schedule. The first two times at the previous dentist, my son was a nightmare. Understandable since he was 2. The first time he came here, he was a dream. This time, he was a little upset w the hygienist. He is anxious and has some sensory issues. By the time the dentist came, he was happy and cooperative. When I went to make the 6 month follow up, the receptionist left me standing there w my son, after a long day of work and a 1 hour appointment while she was on what sounded like a personal call (I heard an "I love you" at the end). She then rudely asks my son's name. I give her the date and time I'm hoping for in June. I don't even finish my sentence and she says he has to be seen in the am. Why? I ask. She says it's their policy for kids under 6. Huh? It's 5pm, we just finished his appointment, he had the same one 6 months ago. She rolls her eyes and even more rudely says he got seen today but wasn't 100% cooperative. Every time I tried to speak she cut me off. She told me to come on Saturday. I work Mon- Sat I explained. I am a single mom w not much time or help. She suggest I take a day off and bring him. Excuse me? What does this rude woman even know about me, my job, time off, etc. The amount of guilt I have for being at work all the time kills me. When I finally do get the time off, I'm definitely not using it to drag my son to the dentist which he hates. And his cooperation level has nothing to do with what time it is. I will say medical staff is amazing, Dr K has a special gift that relaxes kids and the office is immaculate. I would eat off the floor and I'm a germ-a-phobe. But this ridiculous rule at a business geared entirely towards children should've been made clear to me before my first appointment. I will not alter my schedule and time off for them. So I'm going elsewhere. If you can take your child in the morning and you don't mind rude receptionists, it is a good place medically. read more

Ooof. Customer service on the phone is 1/10 rating. Just got off the phone with the receptionist and her attitude assured me that I will not be bringing my daughter here regardless of how good the dentists are. My daughters insurance company spent about 15 minutes on the phone with me telling me that her specific plan requires one specific dentist that they assigned to her from this dental office. Of course I will abide by the insurance company to make sure I am not landed with any outrageous bills. As soon as I got on the phone with someone (I should've gotten her name) I asked who my daughter would be seeing today. She told me a dentist who the insurance company didn't approve. I told her I then needed to cancel the appointment because of what the insurance company had told me. This lady then got very rude, short, and dismissive. I would have resolved the issues with the insurance company and then rescheduled with a dentist my daughter could see. Simply due to the lack of customer service skills and the repulsive attitude- we will be going elsewhere. I should have read the reviews prior to making an appointment here in the first place. Sucks when dentists are poorly represented by people who aren't fit to work with people- let alone children. read more

This office is poorly managed. For starters, we made an appointment for my son to have a checkup. There was an issue with the insurance which wound up being on the receptionist and not my insurance company. The receptionist was rude, unprofessional and unwilling to help with the matter. We were forced to make an appointment at a later date which they gave my wife a hard time about, lecturing her about availability. I can't comment on the medical staff here because I will never take my child to this business based solely on the receptionist who has no service skills. The first person new patients meet is the first impression of the business. I do not recommend taking your children here, nasty staff usually means mismanged. read more

My children have been coming here for three years. The staff are polite and friendly. The techs and dentists are wonderful with children. They attended to us on time and we never really have to wait a long time to be seen. The kids are always excited to come here. I travel about 40 minutes just to come here and bring them for their teeth cleaning and maintenance. I recommend this place to everyone! read more

Had such a great first experience here today! I took my 2 year old daughter in for her first checkup/ cleaning. The office was so nice & clean. The hygienist and Dr. were so nice and great with my daughter. She is still carrying around the balloon they gave her and wants to go back tomorrow.
