i went to lake grove dental today for the first time. i never had a regular dentist that i would…read morealways go to and i haven't been to one in a long time. i was expecting to get the run around like other places I've been to where they make a thousand appointments before they even start any work, but not this place. dr Wilensky took me right in, gave me x rays and a cleaning and then explained to me everything that i had going on and then took care of what i needed done. he was very professional and made sure there was no pain in the process. before i left he schedule a follow up appointment to take care of other issue. i highly recommend dr. Wilensky. i will continue to use him moving forward as my regular dentist.

Saw Dr Lacarucca with my eleven year old daughter after she had her tooth pulled in emergency room…read moreprevious night. Her face was extremely swollen. He quickly put her on different meds to get things under control. That evening I was still panicked and spoke with Dr Glazer who immediately answered my after hours call and continued to check up on my daughter later that night and the next morning. As well the staff, especially Donna, was very attentive to my situation, squeezing in my daughter for two appointments and followed up with phone calls to check on her. This was overall a great experience except for Dr Wender not answering my after hour call the first night which sent me to the ER. My suggestion would be that if you advertise a Dr is on call for emergency ... then someone should certainly be available. As it turns out I would have gone to ER regardless. I highly recommend either Dr Lacarucca or Dr Glazer for children.

Dr. Baum and his staff couldn't have been nicer, and presented me with several options to my dental issue. I chose extraction. Now let me tell you, I've only had 1 extraction in my life, and it was not a pleasant experience, but I'm telling you, as god is my witness, Dr. Baum had that extraction done before I even knew what happened! Though I arrived 10 minutes early, i was made to wait 40 minutes past my appointment time. The hygienist was rude, insulting and uncaring. I felt I was being shamed for my condition, and was told it would be a long hopeless and expensive journey. This was before Dr Errante walked in. He asked if the hygienist explained everything and I had any questions. He never examined or even looked at me, as he was clearly preoccupied. Worst medical experience of my life, which left me with PTSD, and fear of going to the dentist, any dentist.
