Our appointment was at 1:00 PM, and my children were in the dental chairs by 1:04 PM. Heather was incredibly sweet with them. It was my son's first time at the dentist, and even though he was scared and cried a little, she was very gentle and explained every step before starting a procedure. The doctor was also very soothing and took the time to explain the importance of brushing and flossing. My kids were so excited to receive a surprise toy and get to pick out their own toothbrushes. Five stars all the way! Going to the dentist can be ominous but it has been a totally pain-free experience at Barkoff Dental, very "chill environment" and I am no longer anxious about going to the dentist. The staff there is wonderful, the office is immaculate and the vibe is friendly and caring. In my first call to schedule, I spoke with Julianne, the patient coordinator, and she was so wonderful and super-supportive. Nothing is a problem there; the office is very accommodating. The temp. crowns came off in few days causing infections and excruciating pain resulting afterhours visits. Charges for cosmetic works were not agreed upon. Initially suggested that all treatment here covered by insurance but, received invoices in mail. Cosmetic shortcoming that I could live with, but this added financial burden keeping me aware several nights. Me and my family will never go back there again.
