The issue is the rude lady, LISA at the front desk. She constantly has an attitude whenever I call/am at the office. I called to book an appointment for a second root canal. When I called her for the price, she told me a few numbers and I asked her if it's possible for her to send it via email. She groaned and said she doesn't have time for this. I was so confused... I said "I'm sorry, what don't you have time for?" She barked "I already told you the price why do you need it emailed?" I can't imagine having a receptionist like Lisa that is too lazy to do the basic day to day tasks and treats her customers so poorly that they decide to take their $2000+ elsewhere. Never again.

She explained everything as she went along which was reassuring for me. The first part of the procedure took about an hour, maybe a little less which was pretty quick. They could definitely tell I was anxious, but the professionalism and compassionate care they demonstrated helped me to slightly relax. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes. I ended up just getting the tooth extracted, rather than finishing the root canal, but dr Wong reassured my decision and did so with compassion. The office has salt lamps and plants all around and it makes it feel more relaxing. I would recommend this place hands down.

They added work and use this to charge out of pocket (I'm now led to believe that's there tactic). They never submitted a claim as per my insurance, but the receptionists insists she did. I checked my online insurance account and there were no claims submitted. Now they want payment up front before a supposed resubmission of a claim. When we ask for proof of submission they state they are unable because its electronic (In this time of advanced technology). Huge lack of integrity beware! I have not visited them since 2019-I called and emailed several times no one returned my calls. In March I finally posted a review. Dr. Stein himself called me after seeing the. review. He asked me to take it down and he would "handle": my bill that he would make sure it was cleared up and that the bill would be cleared and make sure that I owed nothing. Forward to today. He did not own up to his promise of deleting what his billing department said I "owed" I have since moved (been divorced since 09) I got a bill in the mail that only tooik 200 off the bill then I got another bill for my ex husband (he has not moved in more that 20 years) at my new address with the full amount Dr. Stein said he would delete because I do. not owe it period. My ex husband does not owe it either. So I called three times no one supposidly gave the doctor the message so I went in yesterday. Dr stein said I have patinent and I am busy this weekend can I call you next week. I he said "trust me" I did and you failed. I then asked him why would someone change my ex husbands address. his excuse was they were updated the computer system. well the computer system doesnt change addresses by themselves do they? and that is also why my bill wasnt cleared mmmmm well it took off 200 and gave it to my ex husband. what a excuse.
