My son had invisalign and through that process my son had a stubborn tooth that didn't want to fully grow out. The orthodontist was so particular ensuring his teeth were 100% in line she had extended him out by a few months. Now he is on the maintenance plan, which his smile and teeth alignment are perfect. I would highly recommend picking Bubon as it has been a great experience!

Also, have you ever been charged for anesthesia D9215? A regular filling includes numbing the tooth with a shot. To add D9215 is called "unbundling" a procedure from the primary filling code. In other words you were billed twice for the numbing shot. Check your billing statements. I almost missed it.

I was already feeling uneasy, and overhearing the dentist next door speak to a patient in a dismissive, cold tone only made it worse. When I realized that was the provider I was about to see, I had a feeling it wouldn't go well--and it didn't. He showed zero empathy, especially toward someone like me who's insecure about their teeth and trying to build confidence again. He couldn't give real guidance--just said, "it's whatever you want to do." My mouth was full of blood and uncomfortable, and I had to ask for water and a cup to rinse. That should be automatic, not something I have to request. He didn't say goodbye, didn't acknowledge me at the end--he just talked to the assistant like I wasn't even there and walked off. The only person who treated me with any care was the dental assistant. To make matters worse, they never scanned the insurance info I sent or the signed form for my X-rays. I had to follow up three times just to be taken seriously. This experience was unprofessional, disorganized, and emotionally draining. I won't be returning. The office in Wauwatosa is usually pretty well but this one AVOID IT AT ALL COST

Date of visit: 7/21/22…read more It seems that my permanent retainer comes loose about once a year and I have to drop a hundred bucks at Deerwood to get it fixed/replaced. I usually don't have an issue getting in but this time around it was going to be weeks at any of the locations that are close to my home or office and the only appointment I could get was at the Franklin office. This location is very Western Franklin, too, in a part of the town I've never ventured out to. Thankfully the staff was very nice and accommodating, though unfortunately it seemed to take far longer to get the replacement than it normally does. Despite my appointment time, we had to wait a while for the doctor to be available and the work could start. The cost this time around was also significantly higher than my last visit even though the actual time that someone was in my mouth was shorter than previous visits. Inflation? Franklin surcharge? Who can say?
