What really touched me was that the prescription label was printed in my dad's native Korean. That small detail speaks volumes about the care and respect they show their patients. My parents tell me this isn't a one-time experience--they receive this same exceptional service every time. Instead of helping move things forward, O2 Relief keeps pointing the finger back at the doctor's office. Meanwhile, we're stuck in the middle with no clear answers and no sense of urgency. When you're dealing with medical equipment, delays and lack of communication are simply unacceptable. Customer service from has been extremely disappointing. From the first email to our in-person visit to their showroom near HMart in Irvine, Issa was professional, prompt and patience to explain the many features of both in-home and portable oxygen concentrator units. All covered by Medicare, and he took of all the paperwork to transfer away from the previous vendor. Yes, I highly recommend to Issa and his team at O2 Relief.
