She showed me the different ones and they also offer CBD cream and roll-on and I purchased the roll-on to help with the pain but this place is wonderful. Closed location. I called them ahead of time to send my parents over to purchase a wheelchair. The person on the phone failed to inform me they moved locations. My parents drove over and I was about to drop 500-700$ on a wheelchair and they get there... location is closed. I called the store asking them if they moved.... They said yeah. I told them they should update their location online and inform potential customers. The woman on the other end ... " you're not sure what's going on behind the scenes. There's a lot of stuff..." I don't need to hear an excuse to own it and apologize. I told her, " look I'm also a business owner. It only takes a few minutes to update your address with Google Apple Maps and yelp.!" and that was like a few weeks ago, this address is still up and not updated! read more

My husband's doctor referred us to this store because she knew they fit for compression stockings and many do not. I called ahead of time to make sure of their hours, cost range, confirmed they fit (really measure), and also confirm they would be giving us the 10% discount because our doctor referred us. All the items I asked were confirmed and answered "yes". I had spoke with Sho who was very kind and helpful!! She was who measured my husband. Unfortunately we didn't purchase any stockings only because my husband decided he wanted the sport style compression stockings and they didn't have his size at either of their 2 locations. Which again Sho was great to check at the other store. Also she told us because we had a prescription for stockings, she'd waive the tax. What great customer service!! My only regret is that we couldn't purchase from her store. The store is easy to access with parking right in front of the store/little strip of the few stores and a ramp which I'm sure is very helpful for elderly. I'm glad we were introduced to Adapt and now know where it's located and if we need anything medical, we will be back. Lorie was wonderful! Very helpful, responsive, and friendly. I rented a wheelxhair and its been great. So so helpful. They offer a rent to buy program as well. I'm still waiting to find out if insurance will cover one for me long term, but it's such a relief to know that if I need to buy it out of pocket the money I put towards renting can be used towards keeping it as well. Things were well lroced, and the store had so many other mobility aids and medical supplies. They're also open on Saturdays which was super helpful. I will definitely go back should I need any more mobility aids or supplies. Lorie also made sure to let us know we could reach out anytime with questions if we needed help or anything. Highly recommend - I've used a few DME companies and this has by far been the best experience with one so far. The wheelchair was also in great condition and works well. read more

This company came to the rescue yesterday in replacing my dad's medical recliner chair. The motor went bad and could cost more than replacing with a new chair if additional things went wrong. It would also take 2+ weeks to get the new parts. ADAPT 2IT replaced his chair and took the old one away within 4 hours...they saved the situation! read more

I recently purchased a motorized chair for my 91 year old mom. The ladies I spoke with on the phone and in the store were always extremely friendly and helpful. David, who delivered her chair was very thorough and patient in helping my mom learn how to operate it. My mom loves her high quality chair. It's so easy to her to operate and it turns on a dime. It has given her so much more freedom to participate in activities she loves to do because of her new quality motorized chair. It's honestly added years to her life! This past week we were vacationing with my elderly parents. Dad is almost 90 years old and my mom just had surgery at the age of 87. We needed transportation for both of them. We were assisted by Lori, who was excellent to work with. She suggested "Transport Chairs", they were light weight and easily fit in the truck of our car. We took our parents to places they would not have been able to see if they had to walk. The chairs worked perfectly and Lori even came and got the chairs at the property that we were staying . We started coming here a few weeks ago because of emerging health issues and our need to make our home safe and comfortable. On our first trip, we bought several very useful gadgets to make getting in and out of the car and off of chairs, and noticed a bunch more very cool stuff. Shomari was very sweet, knowledgeable, and helpful. On our second visit we had another long list of safety and convenience items (grab bar, shower mat, toilet riser, adaptive dinner ware) and got to work with Laurie, the manager, who is also delightful. On our most recent visit, we purchased a transport chair with a lot of great features, and a dandy electric recliner. The delivery was scheduled for the next day. The delivery window was, unfortunately, during by the time we had a very important doctor appointment and no one to receive the chair. They worked to get the chair here before we needed to leave and got it all set up quickly. Because we were in a hurry, we didn't check the clearance of the chair and the wall, and subsequently we accidentally goofed up the remote control. We called in a panic, and they walked us through the (very simple) procedure to reset the device. Voila! It works again! It is easy to give a good review to a place when there are no issues. But more important to us, is when there ARE issues and they are resolved quickly, completely, and courteously. If we could give them more than 5 stars, we would. read more
