She is incredibly sweet, friendly, and genuinely cares about her patients. Her entire team, from the assistants to the front desk, is just as welcoming and professional. I'm especially impressed by the quality of care. Dr. Alvarez is unbelievably gentle -- I've left other dentist offices in the past with soreness or discomfort, but never here. She takes her time, explains everything clearly, and makes sure you feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. I also really appreciate the transparency. They take thorough X-rays and detailed photos of each tooth, and walk you through anything that needs attention so you always know exactly what's going on with your dental health. I've been her patient for over 5 years and she makes sure to make me feel at ease. She is very understanding and kind hearted. I originally went to this dentist because I needed my wisdom teeth extracted ASAP. I saw Dr. Lee for that, who was excellent (though he let me leave with blood on my face lol). The office is clean and spacious, and I love that they have after 5pm and Saturday hours. The staff are really friendly and personable. Dr. Alvarez is wonderful, and even though every follow up appt I've had I've complained about something, she's taken me seriously and immediately addressed the issue. I've had four or five appointments so far this year and I'll keep going back! Seriously, everyone in this office is just really nice. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great service. read more

This past Saturday I had an appointment for a regular cleaning and I could not be anymore satisfied. The staff is very friendly and attentive to my needs. Melanie - the hygienist was very thorough and did an excellent job on my teeth. I truly feel that she cares about the well being of her patients. Dr. Alvarez - She covered a little hole that I had from the previous sealant just to make sure I did not develop any cavities. Great value for the price being paid and amazing work. Friendly staff and clean office. Was kinda disappointed at the fact that we were charged money for the doctor to give us a antibiotics paper prescription and send us on our way after 3 hours. When early morning I explained it was an urgent matter I asked if they could do some type of treatment to clean out his infection after being in pain for weeks. We already knew he needed a root canal & I knew with our insurance we needed prior authorization but in the mean time we wanted to help alleviate the pain. So they said sure we will check it out. After X-rays and consultation we were left with no treatment plan instead received a prescription for antibiotics no pain meds because the office didn't do major procedures except cleanings and fillings only with our insurance. I called ahead of time they could've told me then we don't do root canals and your insurance only allows this much. It would've been efficient though to have been told that before coming in. It really would've saved us time we didn't need to spend another day only to be told that they could do what we had initially asked for during the phone call. read more

My husband was in pain for 3 days and We went there and We asked them to pull off my husbands tooth, they didn't do anything but charging me $59.00 for Xray and $100.00 for giving prescription to kill my pain. They only want to charge you for nothing they do. He is still in pain!!! read more

Today was my first time at this dental office. As soon as I walked in to the door I right away saw that the office is clean and well kept. No weird smells or anything that looked run down. The office looked great and it felt fresh and bright inside! The team was friendly and made me feel as comfortable as they could! I'm an anxious prone kind of person and I had some anxiety going in but I felt a lot better after meeting the team. Junior, who took my X-rays, was friendly, did his job, and made conversation, what else do you want!!?? He also polished my mandibular teeth like a champ! Dr. Alvarez did a deep cleaning. She started with some local anesthetic (not injected, applied instead), then used the scaler (pointy thingy that goes buzz buzzzz), then she used another tool to remove tartar from each tooth one by one! She was there struggling with my calculus for a while and did not make me feel like I was a burden like I have felt before with other dentists. The doctor was soooooo sweeet and she seemed passionate about my teeth and their health. She told me how it was, that if I did not get my fractured molars fixed and wisdom teeth removed that I would not only go through a lot of pain in the future but that more and more teeth would break due to cavities. Jose Polished my maxillary (top row) teeth, Jose was professional, friendly, and made sure I got what I needed before walking out of the door. Gaby, made me some estimates of all the work I need done and made sure that I was informed about the costs, the options, and even talked to me about my insurance benefits and what they cover! She was awesome and willing to help me all the way. If you're afraid of the dentist go here! Worst dental experience of my life. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place! I scheduled an appointment for a cleaning and ended up leaving hours later with nothing to show for it. They could not even complete all of my x-rays because their machines weren't working, tried to pressure me into getting my wisdom teeth out that day (on my first visit and without a cleaning or full x-rays), and had the audacity to charge my insurance for a cleaning! I had to call multiple times to get refunds sorted out and get all future appointments cancelled. The dentist also spent most of our time trying to pressure me into services and the office staff continuously spoke another language around me even after I told them I only spoke English. This is the friendliest dentist office I've ever been to - I have been referring my friends and family to come here for years now.
