Dr. Nguyen was tremendous. Super patient and gentle! I have a lot of anxiety around going to the dentist because of past experiences and he was completely great! The entire staff is wonderful and it feels like a family practice. I have had such great experiences that even after moving an hour away I'm still going here for regular cleanings. I ended up having a root canal and a crown done and was extremely pleased with their work. Highly recommend!

I needed an affordable place to receive dental care, and this wasn't it. Their website says "we…read morework with you, we are affordable don't worry, make an appointment" At my first appointment they did a bunch of X-rays. And then the dentist came in and said my teeth were too bad to clean today and that my bite was messed up and I needed Invisalign. I politely explained that I wasn't going to be able to afford Invisalign, and she said "don't worry we can open up a credit line", as if I was just dying to go into debt over dental luxuries I can't afford. They printed out a treatment plan, and scheduled me a cleaning. The office manager person walked me through the bullet points and had me sign it. It was very expensive even after the discount I bought for $99. Hundreds of dollars for the cleaning, and thousands for the cavity fillings. I haven't had a proper cleaning in a couple years and I really wanted to get one done so I sucked it up and scheduled it. I said "let's just do the cleaning for now" and they once again offered me a credit line. On the cleaning day, they did a deep clean and got underneath my gums and I'm glad they did that. It wasn't horrendously painful but I was having discomfort and I could tell the hygienist was getting frustrated by me. I was trying my hardest to sit still and follow instructions and it definitely felt like she had zero patience. Too much liquid filled up my throat and I coughed and she was upset because I might spit on her or something. At the end she requested a 4 month follow up , and I said I probably wouldn't be able to afford another cleaning for a while, and she told me how irresponsible that was. Like obviously I would love more regular dental care. It ended with her reminding me once again they could open up a credit line. It really felt like they were trying to get me to go into debt over the dental care and it seems like they're trying to trick and extract money from low income patients who don't know better. They really were advising me to go thousands of dollars in debt on Invisalign. As for the cavities, a local family dentist office nearby me offered to fill those cavities for around 1/4 the cost Affordable Dental Care Quoted. He does everything from deep cleaning to braces. I was in and out within 1.5 hours. I was all set and they even polished my teeth. Never and I mean never has this been done with a cleaning at any other office in Georgia... Upon checking out the Dental Hygenist gave me a care package with all the necessities for good hygiene . This is my first review ever for Yelp, Google, or anything else. To give you a small understanding…read more- I'm the guy who 99% of the time doesn't like complaining and refrains from making any sort of scene in public. I try to be an understanding person when a service/food experience is just horrible to try not to get anyone fired. Somehow when I leave I'm able to look at the positives and I walk away just not going back to that location again. I'm going to change that today as I am now fed up completely. I initially called this dentistry on the recommendation of a friend. I called for Dr. Noorani and apparently he was booked for almost two months. I have a root canal that needs to be done and so I was obviously in tons of pain. They tried to have me go with another dentist at the office. Due to my horrible experience with bad dentists I did not want to take a chance and I told them to just give me Noorani's next available appointment. I waited just to get a call the day before that my appointment is cancelled. The office KNEW i was in pain and that I waited for this dentist yet I get a call almost two months later with them trying to throw the same dentist that I initially declined. I was extremely upset as I was in tons of pain but I gave it another chance (people make mistakes right?). The front desk lady said she would book me for a consultation appointment (with a different dentist a week and a half later) to just view it so they can prescribe me medication for pain control/antibiotics and then the Monday afterwards would give me my appointment with Noorani in the morning. The first Monday comes around for my consultation and I was still out of town for work, I call to let them know and ask them if they can just do the consultation on the same day (Noorani appointment) and ill get through the pain till then. She then tells me I never booked your appointment for next Monday. When I asked why she said "I wasn't sure if you wanted it". So you booked me for the consultation on Monday but didn't book the main appointment that I have been waiting for over 2 months (close to three now) with the busiest dentist in the world?! She then tells me my first appointment wasn't a consultation and Dr. Noorani was going to start the procedure... I had never been more confused in my life. I was completely silent over the phone and then she gives the final blow by saying that Dr. Noorani has also said he will only do the root canal if I let him also do the crown!!!?? This was something we spoke about the first day I called and they specifically knew I was going to another dentist for my crown and he is a dentist that doesn't have an issue with it. BUT ALL OF A SUDDEN he wants to do my crown which is very expensive almost $1000 over my primary dentist. By far my worst experience ever from a medical professional. You would hope that people in this field care about your medical needs and at-least stay true to their word. Calling a patient 2 months later the day before an appointment to cancel and making sudden ultimatums is completely unethical and to be frank upsetting. Man, I feel a little better now. Is this why people do this? Hopefully I don't see you yelpers again. Take care

This is really funny because I schedule an appointment the week before and I went to the Lawrenceville office for the appointment only to find out that my appointment was canceled because I did not confirm. I have nothing bad to say about Dr Lee. I never confirmed an appointment. I see other posts that highlights the negative customer service. Following the last unfortunate and unprofessional conduct of the workers at the Lawrenceville location, I called my dentist, Dr. Erin Pickwick, on Tuesday, October 14, for a referral to another periodontist. She recommended Dr David Pearson. Therefore, I disconnected myself from the practice well before Tarra thought it was a good idea.

Initially I was sent there…read morefor gum recession, and it took two procedures to fully cover the area that was a problem, but they did a great job doing so (and told me up front that because of the extreme nature of the graft site and the recession that it would likely take two times around, so this wasn't a shock). They gave me the quote up front on the cost, so I knew well ahead of time what to expect, and the dollar figure was right on the money. I have been back for a lot of follow-ups to the surgeries as well as cleanings, and will keep coming back because the staff is so great! The drive down there is well worth good care. It's hard to find a competent dentist with friendly staff and a good atmosphere. You can't beat this place!
